Front hub assemblies, cv shaft, upper and lower ball joints, tie rod ends, the works! I bought all the parts prior to dropping off, aside from one hub assembly which they had provided. The bill was obviously extensive, well over $2,000. Totally was prepared for it and paid my bill in full. There were no complaints, at first. Less than a week later I drove out to my dads, roughly 20 minutes away. On my way I started experiencing some severe shaking. Thank goodness my daughter wasn't in the truck at this time! I get to my dads and we were absolutely shocked! All but one of the lug nuts had BROKEN off! I've literally never seen this before. My husband and my daughters dad are both mechanics and they explained this was because it was not torqued properly. The only reason I sent my truck to this shop is because neither of them had the time and I wanted my truck fixed. Any mechanic would have realized why this issue occurred. I towed my truck back for joe to fix, which he did fix. However, he then wanted me to pay another $400+ to fix his mistake! Absolutely not! I brought in my previous bill to show not only all the parts were brand new but that he had been the one to do the repairs. He comes in and I explained why I shouldn't have to pay for his mistake, to which he tried to claim it was because my truck was so rusted. Everything was new, so regardless of the amount of rust my truck may have the parts were not rusted. He made a huge scene and never owned up to his mistake! I refuse to work with someone who doesn't stand by their work.

Dale always greets me with a smile, no matter what the reason I'm bringing a vehicle in to him. He not only works on mine and my husband's vehicles, he works on all of our family's vehicles. Unfortunately, my husband and I have had to utilize Quality Auto Body for a few different reasons in the last 10 years. Once was work to the front end of our Ford Focus, once was a rock chip repair in my Honda Odyssey window, and I currently have another appointment scheduled to fix my van from someone hitting my rear bumper when it was parked. Fortunately, Derek and the crew are hands down the kindest, most understanding, helpful, patient people around. They are great about answering questions and giving options for repairs. They are quick to schedule you (even when parts are hard to come by). While the supply chain issues are making it difficult to do their jobs, they are definitely providing the most courteous, professional custom service I could ever ask for. I'm happy to have this shop local to us. I would highly recommend this body and glass repair shop to others.
