My insurance said I had to choose a shop to have the car towed to, and since I am not from the area, I just chose the closest one. My car didn't get to the shop until late that day, but they had gotten it back together good enough the next morning where I could finish my trip safely and take care of the rest of the insurance issues when I got to my destination. Thankfully this was just cosmetic paint damage and not something far more complex. I emailed Waln on a Sunday night and heard back from the General Manager, Emily, first thing on Monday morning. I drove my car to Waln, where I proceeded to receive a repair estimate in less than 20 minutes. There was no wait time, but I would encouraging calling ahead so they know you're coming. They have 3 bays designed specifically for repair estimates. Customers wait in their car or in the waiting room while their vehicles are being looked over. Once I received the repair estimate I took several things into consideration (age of car/current value/overall condition, etc.) and ultimately asked if there was a second option.
