I called that Saturday to see if I could get in and have it detailed. He was already booked until they opened again on Tuesday. I explain my situation and he called me back that afternoon stating he would work on my car all day Sunday and Monday to get the horrific smell out of it. I am so impressed with the job he did and the hard work that was put in to removing the smell. The car looks amazing and it the smell is gone. Eddie's customer service is the best I've ever received! When we got there the car we were to test drive was not even at the location, a salesman, not the one we'd been communication with, went and got the car from a different lot. The front door power locks would not work and when we went for a test drive the air conditioner was not working. The car was so dirty inside. What a waste of our time and gas. Too bad my van with ladder rack doesn't fit....dang near any car wash I town that it does fit, the equipment is always down. Do yourself a favor and use a car wash that's well maintained.
