After talking with a salesman twice about a specific car, we decided to drive 2.5 hours to test…read moredrive/buy the car. We kept the salesman informed when we hit road construction and were going to be a few minutes late. When we got there the car we were to test drive was not even at the location, a salesman, not the one we'd been communication with, went and got the car from a different lot. The front door power locks would not work and when we went for a test drive the air conditioner was not working. The car was so dirty inside. What a waste of our time and gas. No way would I ever consider buying anything from a dishonest dealership like this.

Apparently you can't leave if your car is damaged by their wash or they will not pay for the…read moredamage. They will try to get you not to even file the claim that they then won't even send to their insurance company they just wait a few days and call you to say that the insurance company said they won't pay it. When I asked for the claim denial I was told there was no official paperwork. Well I guess the official paperwork will arrive via sheriff with a small claims suit
