I often buy supps at vitamin shop but employee there normally don't use supps and can't really recommend anything they personally use. Bridget recommended what she uses and luckily we both are in a similar training plan that involves running with strength training and she knew the exact supplement I needed to keep me level and avoid crashes in my workout! From health food products to pantry staples, and from organic produce from local farms to wine and even greeting cards/gifts by local artists, Aptos Foods can easily be a one-stop shop for everyone!
