For appetizers loved their bruschetta with strawberries and the bone marrow. Service is great. The waitress and staff are super friendly and make you feel comfortable and very welcome. It's dark and has intimate ambiance overall inside. Plays classy music which is good for date night. I wasn't a fan of their paella but I am super picky with food in general and in particular paella. They are hard to get right but overall a great experience. I loved their tres leches pudding. If I have gotten a different entree I think I would have enjoyed it better.

The staff was friendly, the place was not crowded and the food was delicious. The food did take a little longer than expected but it was good so I didn't mind the wait. The ambiance was the perfect balance of chill and fancy. Large group friendly and parking isn't an issue. I could see myself coming back to catch up with old friends.

I.... am literally coming back next week here.  Everything from the vegetables,  the main dishes,  the dessert was 5/5. Nichole was amazing, making sure everything was perfect for our dinner date.  Appetizer:  Mussels: Paired with their bread,  the essence of seafood and butter was bliss Pork belly: thick and perfectly rendered fat just melted in my mouth Main: Pork chop: It's really amazing how perfectly cooked this was, just where the inside was opaque but pink.  It was so juicy and tender,  I barely had to chew. The potato.. that came with assorted vegetables almost took the spotlight.  You just have to try it or I'll just sound like a snobby foodie  Jambalaya: protein galore of sausage, shrimp and crab meat.  It was not heavy at all, which ended up me licking the dish Dessert:  Tres Leches bread pudding Holy crap this is bomb.  It's that perfect moisture you want in a bread/pastry. If you rate Cinnabon up there,  this one is 10x here better.

1st time here since we were exploring Chino Hills for the day. Lovely restaurant with friendly service. The only minor complaint was that even though we were the first customers as soon as they opened on Saturday, and a couple more tables were occupied about 1/2 hour later, our food came out very slowly. Knocked off a star for that and the prices were a bit on the expensive side for typical dishes. Food was delicious. We ordered the herb Caesar salad $14 to start (9/10); jambalaya $35 (8/10- rice seemed like it sat a bit too long that the ball of rice stuck together so it was not hot & fluffy upon arrival); candied bacon burger $26 + $3 fries upgrade (10/10- ordered w/o bun, as lettuce wrapped; meat perfectly cooked, spread had a nice spicy kick and some red pepper flakes were sprinkled on the candied bacon for some more spicy heat which was good but unexpected; upgraded to garlic parm fries and they were so yummy!). Hubby ordered stick business cocktail $16 ($2 off during HH) & he liked it (sweet & refreshing). Since it was his b-day, they brought out a crème brûlée $10 (comped) on the house for him which was a nice touch.

Was looking for a meet up spot between Corona and Glendora to meet up with friends for dinner and this place was almost perfectly in the middle and close to the freeway. Reviews were also really good, so we made the reservation. The dishes we ordered were all good to pretty good, but we agreed there wasn't a dish that "wow'd" us. Prices did seem a little high compared to portions, like the $6 bread, $22 bone marrow with very little actual marrow (although the broth that came with it was really good - just wish I had a soup spoon haha), $14 for a pretty basic Caesar salad, $28 for a vegetarian Shrimp Bucatini (no shrimp, same price?), etc. Steak and frittes were pretty good taste and portion wise, although my GF thought the steak was a bit under cooked. A nice char on the steak would have made a big difference. My buddy also said the jambalaya was tasty but missed the spiciness he was used too. They did have happy hour on well drinks from 6-8pm and service was really pretty good, so definitely plan to return for future meet ups, but at least we know how to customize our orders for the next time!

I finally decided to come to this place. I drive by it every day. I'm happy I did. Great spot to unwind after a long week. The atmosphere was very chill and relaxing. The burger, garlic fries and Merlot were great. Our server Mandy was very helpful with our wine choice. And was very attentive.

The husband and I were looking for somewhere new to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our neighbors suggested The Vintners Tavern and this place did NOT disappoint! First we walked in to an awesome vibe. The bar manager greeted us and sat us. Super friendly guy! Our waitress, Nichole, was amazing! Chef Rich is an awesome talented man! My husband ordered a Jade dragon. A spicier Mezcal cocktail. It was delicious. I ordered a Torii Gimlet that was phenomenal! For starters we had the garlic Parmesan fries with truffle oil and croquettes with chicken and prosciutto. Both amazing and somehow just "disappeared"! Weird! Haha for dinner I ordered the Bourbon Salmon and my husband got the candied bacon burger. Portions were amazing. I'm kind of sad I filled up on appetizers because that salmon was AMAZING! However, now I'm looking forward to leftovers for lunch tomorrow. I also went "old school" and ordered a Bees Knees for my cocktail to accompany my dinner. The desserts looked amazing but we had no room and also, I don't do desserts out because of possible cross contamination with peanuts. We raved so much to the waitress she called the chef to come out to speak with us. He's super passionate about the dishes he makes and you can taste that passion in his edible artistry he creates. We highly recommend trying them. We found a new favorite spot! Thank you CH fam for the suggestion!!

Vinterns Burger was amazing! Meat was so juicy.

The Lanai is located in the Cravings food court area at The Station shopping center in Eastvale. There is plenty of parking available. We went inside to the Shuck Oyster bar and entered The Lanai from there. It is actually more of a tiki patio than an enclosed tiki bar. However, the tiki décor is great with plenty of bamboo, carved tiki figures, hanging puffer fish, tiki style signs, and many tropical accents. There are overhead fans spaced around in case it is hot outside. We had one round of drinks and several appetizers. The coconut shrimp and lightly battered Shishito peppers were great and the sauces paired well. We have had these appetizers at Stowaway before and they had the same good quality. She ordered the spicy tofu bites. I'm not usually a fan of tofu, but they were surprisingly really good. I had the Adrian's Mistake cocktail which was well balanced and a little on the strong side. She had the Right Of Passage which was good and had a light fruit flavor and you could definitely taste the mango. The one man show Brandon took great care of us. It was slow at this time of day so we got a chance to chat with him quite a bit and service was fast. They have a weekday happy hour from 4pm to 6pm. Although we didn't specifically order off the happy hour menu, three of our items, including both cocktails were part on it. I give it 4.3 stars but rounded up to five stars. I'm sure the ambience is much better in the evening when it more lively and dark outside. They have a good variety of munchies, and the cocktail menu has a good mix of tiki classics and some originals. I don't think there any many tiki bars in this area, so I hope they do well.

One of the coolest things about a speakeasy is the transition into the space. Here, there's a walkway and corner, then turn into the candle and subtle lit space. It's a small thing? But that bit of walk helps distance the mind and feel open to the special space. There is a bar with seating, a long high top, and bench & table booth-ish type seating. The colors are warm, reminiscent of sitting in a western sunset. Music plays - jazzy, alternative, happy music. We were greeted and seated by the friendly hostess, then welcomed warmly by the magic maker himself: the bartender! And what delightfully unique, and dare I say daring, concoctions he made! The cocktails each had a spin, an ingredient, something *different* from the norm, making it challenging for my friend and I to narrow down which delights to try! Even the popcorn was unique, with chili and nutritional yeast savoriness that was the perfect complement to our cocktails. My friend felt the Silver Cloud was quite the adult version of a smoothie dessert! She got ideas...I adored my Last Word. It was refreshing with the green chartreuse and incredibly not-put-down-able. Next up, she had the Bandolier. It was a very unique taste to her, pretty puckery, so the bartender - who checked on us regularly for impressions - added a bit more pineapple. That did the trick! My next was the Boulevardier, which was uniquely and deliciously twisted with the coffee and salt. Absolute yum!!! Even though there's a 90 minute limit, on this Thursday night there was plenty of space between imbibers, and we weren't pressured in any way to move along. Thank you, as we were due for a proper catch up. One thing we did notice, is that once there were more folks chatting and laughing, it became a bit echo-y and harder to hear. On a busier night, I imagine the ambience we first experienced- quieter, mellow, chill vibe - likely changes to more robust and lively. I honestly don't think it's worth coming here even if the food is not bad because their service is that atrocious. Some food is fantastic...others I'm rather meh about. Pani puri 4/5. Herbed potatoes and the sweet tamarind sauce are fantastic. The tangy water...it's not heavy enough in seasoning for my liking. When you bite into it it's like a fluffy crispy airy dough shell with the texture of boiled eggs but the flavor reminds me of samosas... Also the fried dough thing on top to add the extra crunch is nice Bombay vada pav - 5/5 soft pillowy potato bread with spiced potato fritter.. just yes. They give you additional chilli peppers which honestly are a little too spicy for me.... And the mint chutney is really spicy too.... But the tamarind sauce is tangy and more tart/ and different from the tamarind sauce w/ Pani puri. I absolutely loved this and this was the best thing on the menu. Stuffed mushrooms with cheese - 3.5/5 the cheese does cut into spice from other foods but it's not a dish i think is worth ordering. The tomato flavor is strong and I barely taste coriander or other spices because the tomato overpowered everything else. I don't know what biryani I had because it's not on the menu anymore as I'm writing the review as of 3.28.26 but that was a 2/5. That was terrible. Portion size fantastic but God .... Frozen peas carrots green bean mixture killed this. There was barely any spice or flavor. I genuinely was disappointed. Cocktail.. 0.5/5 It took them 1 hour and 30 minutes before I got my cocktail. Wtf why is it only one person knows how to make cocktails and why is that the person greeting people. Please get more and better staff so that they can actually be doing one job only. For reference I ordered the cocktail "vessel of shakti" and honestly... It gave me artificial candy strawberry daiquiri mix. The coconut water is lost in flavors. I did not taste like. Skip this. Just don't order cocktails because only 1 person knows how to make them. .5 only because the person making the drink was genuinely apologetic and busy. The service here is absolute shit. You can't flag people down, they'll ignore you if you're not Indian so rubbish service. But also the waiters seem really pissed off and don't want to be here. This experience was so bad I wouldn't even consider coming here even if the food was good. This restaurant is super over hyped for the experience and price.
