Loved living here. Some of my favorites are: 1. Management is superb. The girls really know how to fulfill luxury living type of apartment. They always promptly responded to issues and addressed any concerns you may have. 2. Complimentary weekly yoga sessions and free breakfast sessions at least once a month ! 3. Coffee bar in the lobby is always fresh and clean 4. Very quiet apartment community in general With mostly responsible/ courteous neighbors. Unfortunately I can't afford luxury living on a single person budget so I'd have to move out. But I would live here again. Highly recommended ! read more

MOLD - FLOODING - NO HOT WATER - DO NOT MOVE HERE. Management refuses to to do anything about mold infestations in the units. In addition to mold my unit had no hot water from Dec-Feb. Constant flooding. I had to beg them for over a year to fix my bathroom which was flooding the kitchen and the bedroom. All the drywall and floor had to be replaced. The garage was flooded for 3 months. The pool is never open because its always leaking (probably into the garage). Management doesnt give a single F. They wont respond to your emails asking for help. They removed the community board so neighbors cant talk to each other about what a disaster this place is, or collectively ask for improvements. The storage units, bike room and mailroom get broken into daily. I have $10s of thousand of dollars in medical bills from breathing in mold for 2 years. Management has zero plans to ever do anything more than put a bandaid on everything, paint over it and then close the office for 2 weeks so you cant ask anyone about it. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP. read more

Great experience here so far. The building is concrete- so I never hear a thing from neighbors. The management is top notch and flawless. Everyone is friendly, I needed a few little things after moving in and maintenance and management were very on top of it. My neighbors are all very nice and the events and social atmosphere make this a fun place to live. Highlights: The Gym- it is always clean they have excellent classes. The trainers and instructors are top-notch and friendly. The Pool- infinity rooftop pool, firepits, lounge chairs, booze on the weekends and BBQ for tenant use. The Club Lounge: computer and printer available for use, huge comfy sofas, multiple flat screens, all the sports channels, lots of tables and spaces to do some work not be bothered. Wifi: it's everywhere. The Lobby: is gorgeous, and there is always a fab espresso machine and flavored water available. read more

I'm writing this review after enduring two months defined by lengthy periods without hot water, regular power outages, and no air conditioning. In comparison, any Motel 6 offers greater comforts and luxury than The View Wash Park. Even worse, after going month-to-month, the property managers unconscionably raised our rent over $2000, meaning we would be paying well north of $4,000(!!!) for a one-bedroom unit with cold showers and stale, hot air. Griffis Blessing is doing everything it can to cement itself as Colorado's worst name in leasing. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

I have been living here for the past year and I can honestly say this is the WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN DENVER! They have gone through 4-5 management companies because they cannot get their s@&% together! I pay $1770 for what is basically a glorified studio, there is not a legitimate bedroom! They refuse to give you the measurements of the units as well so you need to take measurements yourself to ensure your furniture will fit. I am not alone when I say everyone in this building is absolutely miserable with the customer service and false promises. I only moved in because I was told that my apartment was the LAST place available; when in reality there were several units! Not only were there numerous false promises made including 24 hour security (you have to call a rent-a-cop which can take awhile if theres an actual emergency), 24 hour concierge (yeah right!~they're there sometimes and refuse to open the door for your guests or delivery! therefore you must go all the way down to let them in yourself!), guests allowed (I was told "you can have as many friends over as you please", now they have placed a limit to 4 quests per unit) and a year round pool (the pool is closed!) just to name a few... This place consistently smells like garbage and the sewage system is awful, basically this place was built very poorly and cheaply. The water that comes out of the sink and dishwasher is putrid smelling! The windows are not sealed properly so there is constantly ice frozen on the inside through the winter. I cannot say enough negative things about this place! I have been renting for 10 years, 3 years in Denver, and this is the worst experience by far! Do not waste your time, money, or energy on this place. They do not care about their tenants and it is entirely based on a lie. read more

I'm departing Denver, but had to rate My Block Wash Park before leaving. Hands down the building, staff & residents are the best living space & community I've experienced in my 15 years in Denver. Jessica & Danielle are FANTASTIC and treat the residents as family. I doubt I'll have a moment when I tear up turning in my keys to a building like I did here again. MyBlock is a professionally-managed building with many amenities. The management is on-site and very responsive even when they are officially closed for the day. The apartment finishes are high-end. The gym is nice and never crowded. The parking garage is really convenient. The pool and grills are a nice plus too! We will miss the place and would recommend highly. P.S. We are a couple with a toddler and a baby on the way. While we were a bit of an anomaly in the building (most tenants don't have kids), the tenants embraced us and we felt completely comfortable and at home in the building. The management went out of their way to make sure our family's needs were met too. read more

Overall, we enjoy living at My Block. It's a smaller complex, meaning we get to enjoy the amenities. The rooftop and pool is amazing, and a great place to bring guests for a glass of wine and a great view of the city/mountains. Having onsite management and maintenance means that we're always taken care of in a timely manner. Our dog is well-taken care of here too-treats in the lobby and a commercial dog wash. We never hear our neighbors from any angle, a huge plus. My favorite part is the onsite personal trainer and free fitness classes. The gym is always staffed by a member of Speer Fitness Training and the trainers are always available help or schedule a session. Equipment is maintained and clean! read more

It drives me absolutely crazy that this place is called "My Block Wash Park" when it is right in the middle of the Speer neighborhood. I love Speer and I hate it when businesses try and tack on the Wash Park neighborhood name to make it more appealing. Speer is incredible on its own. These luxury apartments are better suited for Cherry Creek or Lodo. read more

I've lived here for 2mo now and the move-in process was flawless. I chose My Block because of its boutique-style small building, top-notch amenities and high level of customer service. The management team is like family here, always treating you like their top 'client.' Ex: I was in a bind for work a few weeks back and the Assistant Manager went as far as walking my dog once a day for 5 days straight until I could get home from the office. The My Block team cares about their residents and are lovely folks. Living here is worth the higher rent- you get so much more than an apartment! read more

What an amazing building and community! I loved living here! I had just moved out to Denver from San Francisco and was looking for the right fit for my new city/home. Location is great--right near Cherry Creek and Wash Park. Danielle, Jessica and Dave (maintenance technician) are wonderful people, and treat you like family. One of the best places to live in Denver by far! Danielle and Jessica are always willing to help and they organize apartment events monthly so you get to know other people in the complex. The first floor has tall ceilings which make each unit feel even bigger. Each place has an in-unit washer/dryer, all new appliances, wine fridge, and marble shower. Amenities are second to none. Rooftop pool, multiple grills, amazing gym with personal trainer, and even an herb garden. And the view of downtown Denver and the mountains can't be beat. There are even free weekly fitness classes if you are into yoga or group workout classes. And if you want to run outside or go for a walk, the apartment complex is right next to the Cherry Creek trail. read more

They made sure my unit was ready as described (plus a few welcome gifts), and they have both been available to help me navigate learning how to take advantage of all the building has to offer, which is a lot--rooftop infinity pool with skyline and mountain views, grills, social events, dog friendly vibes, clean halls, state of the art fitness facilities, yoga, free wifi, and on and on. I've lived here for the last year and overall its a great place to live. The building is pretty quiet and most residents are in their late 20s to early 30s. There's almost no children in the building which is also great. The amenities they offer are awesome, including dry cleaning service (paid), dog walking service (paid), workout classes (free), bi-weekly breakfast (free), and happy hour every Saturday at the rooftop pool/bar (free). The business center is very nice with a full kitchen, multiple tv's, and fast wifi. There's convenient underground parking, but it isn't cheap and they've had a few problems with break-ins. There is reserved parking in the alley but spots are very limited. The gym has very nice equipment, but mostly cardio with only a few cable machines and one squat rack. The residences themselves are nice but they are small and a little overpriced. They did not have a complete list of resident layouts or examples that would have been helpful when initially searching for a place. If you have a bunch of furniture or belongings, definitely not the place. There's pretty minimal closet space but plenty of kitchen storage. For the most part, any issues I've had were fixed promptly by the management staff. There has been a lot of turnover with management this year. Within 9 months there were 3 different property managers, so just something to be aware of. Overall it's nice building with friendly residents and staff. read more

This is the best place to live in Denver! The new manager Alicia is amazing! She has really turned everything around at My Block. She goes above and beyond for the residents. Every two weeks we have a happy hour social in the building which is really fun and a great way to meet people. The residents are all very nice. The pool is pretty awesome as well. I rarely write reviews but I want to warn anyone who thinks about renting an apartment at MyBlock Wash Park. I moved here from NYC (notorious for difficult management companies and apartment issues) and I still think this building is a joke. Minus the new building and pool area, you do not get what you pay for at MyBlock. I moved in about a year ago (will be moving out in two weeks) and have had nothing but issues from all FIVE management companies. Not only has every appliance had broken, but there have been multiple occasions where people have been in my apartment with NO notice or permission to enter. Appliances are still not working... The customer service is awful and every promise has been broken. I almost feel like I owe the management company something for living here and paying almost 3k a month for a one bedroom. Looking for a trainer? Look no further! After months of searching around and trying various workouts, trainers, and classes here in Denver, I finally decided to try out William at MyBlock. I spent about two months personal training with him and in that time saw better results than I had anywhere else! He was professional, motivating, and reasonably priced! His workouts helped me shed weight and tone up. He and his wife also help with nutritional guidance (if wanted) and were able to tailor it to my crazy daily work schedule. I lived at My Block for 2 years and it was a wonderful experience. Moving out to be closer to my job was one of the hardest decisions to make, and after touring a number of different apartment complexes around town it really made me appreciate what My Block has to offer. First and foremost, Jessica and Danielle are friendly and attentive and they work hard to make residents feel at home. They offer breakfast twice a month, package drop-off into your apartment, a large gym with a Peloton bike and free group fitness classes, ski lockers, individual high-speed internet in each room that is included in your monthly utility fees (NO one else has that deal!), coffee bar with fresh fruit-infused water daily, multiple utility carts available for loading/unloading cargo, and a rooftop patio and pool with incredible views. I appreciate the small, boutique feel of the community and made some great friends through the building social events. I am happy to have called My Block home and I'd recommend it to absolutely everyone! read more

If you like horrible customer service, you will love the leasing staff here. The first time i visited the property to try and get a tour, the agent opened the door to tell me she was going on lunch and couldn't help me and asked if i could come back in an hour when she was done..... for $1,700/month for a one bedroom i think you should be able to take 10 minutes out of your day to answer a few questions. The second time i tried to come by, i had to page someone through what is basically a drive-through intercom (real classy) and the leasing agent wouldn't even come to the door. So i stood outside while it snowed talking to an uninformed agent about an apartment. When i asked if there would be an apartment available at the end of the month (March), she responded "I wont know april availability until late next month." How does someone not know their own availability for the same month until late next month? Do not ever visit this property unless every member of the leasing staff is fired. Worst experience i've ever had with leasing staff and i do this for a living. Good luck myblock! I hope to see you sold soon. read more

I've lived here for just under 3 years and love this building! The management has changed a few times during that time period but the latest management team is GREAT! They address your concerns immediately, are very professional and are very friendly. I think what sets this building apart from the others in this area is the size - there are not a lot of units and that is something that I wanted! Less people at the pool (I get a chair every time I go, even on Saturdays and Sundays), getting on/off elevators, in parking garage, etc. The other really great thing about this space and specifically in the 1 bedroom unit that I live in, is the storage - I have two double closets, one entry closet and the storage in the kitchen is great as well! I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a neighborhood feel but only a $3-5 uber drive away from downtown, uptown, the highlands, etc. read more

A little bit of a rocky start with the old management, but once Pinnacle took over, things really turned around! The new management have been so great to deal with! Jeff, Moriah, and Jose are always super friendly and accommodating. The units are slightly pricey per square footage, however the building is beautiful with outstanding amenities. Had to take the time or of my day to talk about my experience with my block wash park. Beautiful building but terrible managment. I had to be moved out and into a new place by end of December and came into the building to take a tour as I was very excited about the location of these apartments. Upon arrival I was greeted by the manager, I believe her name was Allison or Alisha, she was incredibly short with me and was not willing to give me a tour that day. She also would not set up a tour with me for a future date. She did invite me to her happy hour that was happening that week. I decided to come to get a feel for the place, was not once greeted by her and stayed to see if she would engage in any conversation about the building or setting up a future tour. She actually ended up leaving the happy hour at some point into the evening, I waited as long as I could and after standing very awkwardly at this event I decided to leave. I have chosen a different apartment and am very happy with my choice and the managment there. I don't know who you've hired to run that place but she is unprofessional and does not understand what customer service means. read more
