They were given a file with images on exactly what to print for my order. Several of the staff confirmed that they had everything that was needed to move forward. I spent over $1,000 with them, and the discrepancy between what I ordered vs. what I got is incredibly alarming. This not only reflects poorly on their credibility but also undermines trust in their ability to meet customer needs! It is imperative that businesses uphold their commitments, and the failure to do so can have detrimental effects on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Screen art, the owner Terri, and Edward (the nephew) have some major work to do. After I called to voice my dissatisfaction, the nephew told me, "You don't know me or the type of people I associate myself with". I guess this was an attempt to threaten me for my brutal honesty.
