I ordered a long satin prom dress online. I got it and the bust was wayy too big. Just got it altered here and it fits perfect! The sides where she took it in I can't even tell it was touched. Soo happy and relieved that my dress looks great! I got my dress back in 1 week. Don't know if $70 is a lot for an alteration, but she had to take both sides in like 3 inches. So it was worth it. While I understand that the lady who was attempting to understand me could not peak English the manager or owner clearly communicated to me that he understood what I was trying to have done and made absolutely no effort to help her facilitate the process.When I said perhaps I should go elsewhere, he simply said yes I'm sorry about that. I will take my business elsewhere and I recommend you to do the same. It's obvious that they don't care about making or keeping customers. * Edit* While I did hear back from the store. I want to make it absolutely clear that my issue was not with the seamstress and her language ability. It was with the individual who was working at the store who spoke English just fine. A man in a blue shirt with a shaved head whose supercilious, smarmy and frankly disrespectful attitude towards this poor woman who is trying to understand me and myself is what I had the issue with.
