Placed an order for logo apparel for GM on 2/4/26 and received an order confirmation. On 5/3/26, I…read morereached out for a status update because I had not yet received my order. As on 6/5/26, I STILL do not have my order, nor has anyone from the company had the courtesy to even provide basic customer service by responding to the email sent in May. I reached out again today. We are moving next week and I don't hold out much hope of getting the items - since I can't get any response. So my message was to cancel the order. GM has THOUSANDS of employees right here in TN where the company is located. But they can't seem to fulfill orders or answer customer requests. I was going to place another order. There's no point though, since I couldn't even get the products ordered over 4 months ago. Oh! The confirmation email stated the items would be produced and delivered in 2 - 4 weeks. It's been OVER 4 MONTHS!! With this lack of customer service, I would not recommend ordering any products from here. SMH.
