I wasted time and money to wash and dry here. My comforters look worse and could potentially be damaged for good. I am not happy! ----- 5/3/24 I spoke to Raj, the manager today. I told him what happened to my comforters. He was rude, offered no resolution or compensation for my comforters. He said there was nothing he could do and hung up on me. Do not come here!!!

For what I paid and the capacity, it delivers! For example they have a dryer (2 actually) that are capable of doing 75lbs of clothes! $5 on high temp and DONE! I appreciate they accept both coins and debit/credit card. What I didn't like is some machines have a, "Out of Order" sign. Some of the machines do, many are still operational. All this and it's at the middle of the night. If you need gas, a drink, or a snack there's a gas station/convenience store next door! The whole facility is brightly lit and they have cameras around the whole place.

The Hispanic lady that cleans the place needs to wait until the customer is don't using the area before cleaning. She gets in the way when we are trying to do laundry. Why does she want to wipe down the machine that we are currently using when there are other machine she can wipe down ? Also having a long cord ru through the area where customer are doing laundry is unsafe . She's. Or even using the vacccum but she has it plugged up in the way of customers. Managements need to address this issue.

I used their drop-off service for a large laundry bag- 11lbs worth of clothes- and got a call to come pick up less than 24 hours later. My clothes were clean, folded and the dressy stuff was on a hanger. I wish I had the money to just drop off my stuff with them all the time. They charged me about $13 for the full service. Perfect since I was staying at a hotel while finding a place to live. Friendly staff and free wi-fi on site as well. Highly recommend.
