This IS a consignment store and you are saving hundreds to thousands of dollars on a dress that you will look beautiful in but only wear for a few hours. Worth the money you will be saving. The location was extremely busy for a Sunday (and crowded), but every sales associate took the crowd in stride, helping multiple customers at once with a level of ease that made the whole situation feel normal. Jordan helped me put together a solid ensemble for formal parties and business events. He nailed my jacket size on the first try and quickly grabbed a better size of slacks after the first pair didn't fit. The shirt he paired with the suit was perfect for the increasingly warmer weather here in Middle Tennessee, and I even found a nice tie. I will say I felt a little rushed trying everything on, but I attribute that to the store being barely big enough to accommodate the volume of customers, and I don't believe the staff is at fault in this case. Given the age of the retail area it's located in, I would definitely say this location is due for a remodel or, better yet, a relocation to a bigger space in the Murfreesboro area, perhaps The Avenue? It's especially noticeable since this is the only store in the county, with the next 2 nearest locations noticeably larger and a considerable drive away (about 40 minutes). Back to the topic at hand, though, I was thoroughly impressed by Jordan and will definitely be back to this location in the future.

I am so happy to see that Ann is still the owner. We made an appointment online, and on the day of our appointment Carol took care of us. I was able to bring 3 of my closest friends with me to my appointment, and there was seating provided for them while they waited to see the gowns. We were directed where to look for gowns my size, and were given so many wonderful options. Overall I tried on 6-7 dresses, and never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. The appointment lasts for 90 minutes total. Carol took care of us by listening to comments and observations, and then made suggestions and recommendations to try. I put my full trust in Carol, because thanks to her recommendations I found a dress that made me FEEL like a bride! I was there to try on different silhouettes, and while I did not say yes to the dress (yet), I believe they serve champagne once you purchase a gown. Their prices are very reasonable, and they will ask you for your budget so that they can direct you where to look on the racks and make realistic recommendations. If your budget is $5,000 or less, then this shop has the selection for you!
