I could kick myself for not buying a Kavu bag when it was marked down from $50.00 to $20.00! When I went back, they were all gone! The staff is incredibly friendly. I think I was asked twice on each visit if I needed help with anything. If you're looking for active wear or jackets/coats, you definitely need to check this place out. Again, especially because of their sales! (I almost don't want to post this because they may sell out of the jacket I want!) While they offer some shoes, their selection is fairly limited.

Before she got off the phone , she wanted to make sure that the length would fit my husband. She told me how to measure and when I did, I had put the wrong measurement on the original order. It was way too long. That was my fault. She made sure I had the right size and color. Two days later my husband had his belt exactly how he wanted it.

After her hair started growing back she got the diagnosis that her cancer came back and they were going to try a second round of aggressive chemo and radiation. Deflated and depressed I took her to Abby at Top This Wigs and it really brightened her whole mood. I can't say enough good things about this place and what a ray of sunshine Abby was in what has been a dark cloud that has been looming over us for over a year. This is true Tennessee shopping right here. Their selection is unmatched in shirts, hats, apparel, jewelry, accessories, stickers & decals, tumblers, flags, even kids clothing and many other goods. They have an impressive selection of polos, button downs, and jackets/outerwear that you will not find elsewhere. Very nice options and quality clothing from a vast array of vendors such as Nike, Cutter & Buck, Volunteer Traditions, etc. The only reason for the loss of half a star is that the prices on many of these items are quite costly (i.e. $80 for an MTSU golf polo)... Regardless, they have the market cornered on the nice, quality, hard to find items that no other brick and mortar retail shop has. We've been several times and will continue to go for their fantastic options, stellar selection, and friendly hosts.

Two of the ladies stand around with thwir arms crossed while your in the store, looks like they are literally in pain when assisting customers. I then was sent my review print to a wrong email....after giving it to them in the office twice. The delay in this item was fine til I received this and was told there was nothing they could do. The P and the A look terrible and aren't even in line with the rest of the font and quite a bit of the white didn't translate meaning it's not dark enough on the jacket. Think I'm just sad about it but know to change it would damage it. Next time I would ask, be customer service oriented and TALK with your clients about font choices and materials. It really is important.....
