The Lounge at Foothill Bowl is an absolute gem in Auburn!…read more I have to admit, I never even stepped foot in the bowling alley itself, I only visited the lounge, and I had such a great time that I didn't feel like I missed out on a thing. The vibe is fantastic. It feels like a true local hangout, warm, lively, and welcoming. The bartenders were incredibly friendly and on top of everything. Even when the place was packed on a Friday night, service was quick and smooth. One of the bartenders even flattered me by calling me "honey," which instantly made it feel like home. That kind of genuine, down to earth hospitality really stands out. The beer was cold and frosty, exactly what you want after a long day, and the pizza was seriously delicious. Add in a TouchTunes jukebox and a full crowd of happy locals, and you can tell this is a well loved, popular spot. I was staying right across the parking lot at the Foothills Motel, and the 10 percent discount I got at the bowling alley was a really nice bonus. If you're in Auburn and want a fun, relaxed place to grab a drink, enjoy some great food, and feel like part of the community, The Lounge at Foothill Bowl is the place to be. I'll definitely be back.

Clean and bright with comfy couch like seats at each lane. The floors were bright and look brand new. It was very refreshing to bowl at an alley that didn't have technical issues, meaning our ball never got stuck and nor did the pins. It wasn't busy at all on the Thursday afternoon when we went and we ended up staying for 3 hours. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and it came pretty quickly and was quite good. On the screens they advertised meal deals and bowling deals that I wouldn't be opposed to going back and trying. Every staff member that we came on contact with was very friendly and helpful. We had a great time here and are looking forward to coming back.

The Bowling area has been freshly updated with new equipment, new lighting, tons of TV's, and comfortable furnishings. The Halftime Bar & Grill has been closed and turned into the pool table area. This area also holds a dance floor and bar area. This area is still under renovation for future additions. Looks like some beer brew vats are in the back now, so maybe a local brew pub is likely booting up here. Hot honey chicken sandwich was good. Friends had burgers, pizza, and wings as well. There are lemonades, sodas, wine, beer, mixed cocktails, and full bar available. Food is either available at the food bar, or delivered to the bowling lanes, or the tables by the bowling lanes. All in all a happening place with good food, good entertainment, and good service

Be watchful of Mandatory Service Charges on food and drinks. It will affect your bill significantly. Low inventory on drinks as per bartender. On a Saturday night?? Odd. Everything I requested was not available. Only hard shots and beers. Low points; Understaffed location; Tables were full of dishes, and no one seemed to care. The bathroom was disgusting. Someone vomited in the stall, and it was not cleaned nor closed off. It was not cleaned up until someone almost fell because the floor was slippery and in shambles. It was totally disgusting. We had to literally clean off the area of the bowling location we chose. The dirty dishes were everywhere. Witnessed a lot of children sitting around the bar area. Not good. Total amount of excursion; For 8 people in our party bowling plus shoes; $ 195.00 For all that money paid, I'd assume we could get better quality service and options of drinks. $ NOT INCLUDING DRINKS & FOOD & extra fees mounted on.

Theres a bar and a kitchen so you can order some sides and smaller food items. The prize room is huge but you need a lot of tickets to get anything of value. My daughter had 483 tickets on her card and she was able to get 4 small mini bags of haribo gummy bears. The employees were all nice, you don't talk to too many people unless you're ordering drinks and food or you're exchanging your tickets for prizes. Overall would definitely bring our daughter here again. You have to pay for a new card and the minimum to add is $25. Besides the arcade area half the room is full of claw machines ranging in size from tiny to huge. Good luck!

Roseville is a wealthy town, and the Galleria itself houses major luxury brands, so there's no excuse for the state this place is in. The pricing alone feels predatory: $40 gets you a little over 100 credits, and some VR games alone cost around 30 credits each, meaning almost a third of your credits are gone after one VR game. For that price, in that mall, the equipment should be spotless and well-maintained, not neglected. The bowling area seats are torn and repaired with tape, which is unacceptable for a business charging this much in this shopping center. The OpenLane app situation is just as bad: it tells you to download it to track your bowling scores, but the Roseville location isn't even listed during setup, no matter what you try. This isn't new either, it was exactly the same four years ago and still hasn't been fixed. The most disgusting part was the VR equipment. Not one station had sanitizing wipes available, not near the machines, not at the bowling counter, not at the arcade service counter. I asked at both counters and got the same answer: no wipes. These are headsets that go directly on people's faces, around eyes, hair, skin, and sweat, and there's a real risk of things like lice spreading through shared headsets with zero visible sanitation. Even Dave & Buster's and Golfland keep wipes next to their VR machines as a bare minimum. On top of that, the headset I tried to use was frayed (see pic) and the velcro was so worn out it wouldn't stay secured, so I couldn't even play the game I'd already paid credits for. The irony is wild considering this is a Japanese-inspired arcade, when Japan is known worldwide for cleanliness and attention to detail. Round1 Roseville is the exact opposite. For a business sitting inside a luxury mall in an affluent town, this place should be clean, functional, and well-maintained. Instead it feels neglected, dirty, and like customers are being taken advantage of. Save your money and go somewhere that actually maintains its equipment.

The restaurant dining area is quite small so I don't know if you can have a big party here. We like the summer deal where you can play unlimited games for like $70. Multiple guests ordered beers, drinks, or soda refills that were never delivered despite being on the bill. We would ask for a refill and be told no by the server, but still charged on the receipts. We had to ask for plates over four times before they came. Servers would come every few minutes to ask what we needed but would not come back with the item we asked for. No one was given waters. I spoke to management and was told pizza was only for the 6 kids present, despite a reservation for 10 kids and 6 adults. Manager was extremely rude and kept saying we had a reservation for 6. I made him bring the contract and it clearly showed 16 people. Total we had 10 adults and 8 kids(many older teens) show up to the party. I was told the reservation only covered food for children, and the servings of pizza were for 6 children only, despite there being 8 people there under age 18. I've been to this location often, but never for a reserved birthday party. The tip amount requested of $80 was worth more than the total amount of food I was given. A medium pizza and 2 dozen wings, a plate of chicken nuggets/strips, a tray of fries, and a tray of watermelon. My child said it looked like a cafeteria school lunch. Everyone who ate the watermelon got diahrea and vomiting. Pizza tasted ok, nothing out of the ordinary. Wings were dry af. All adults had to order individually on their own tab, and most were satisfied with flavor and quantity of their food. Do not reserve a birthday party unless you want to pay an extra $300 for nothing. I left feeling absolutely robbed.

We enjoyed watching the Super Bowl LIV between the KC Chiefs and the SF 49ers at Halftime with many football fans in the house. By the time we arrived (which was 30 mins early) the dining section with plenty of high top and regular tables was almost full. There were also some booth seating and, of course, bar seating. Numbers were already placed on the tables making it easy for the servers to wait on the guests. We did find an empty long table by the wall which we later shared with another young couple and his family. Two huge big screens were side by side at the stage and many flatscreens placed at the bar and the pool table area. Our server was awesome, unfortunately, I did not catch her name. We ordered Garlic Parmesan crispy hot wings and Crispy Potato Skins. Good stuff! She kept coming back to check on us. Super nice and friendly! Great atmosphere to watch sports. Although many Forty Niner faithfuls were in the house at the end it was Hail to the Chiefs! Congrats Super Bowl winners, Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs! Review #0037 updated
