I wasn't even planning on coming here because I don't drink coffee but the UPS store convinced me lol. I had the passion fruit tea with a little peach flavoring and it is the BEST!! At other places I've gotten tea it was either too bitter or too sweet and this is perfectly brewed!! This is my first time in and I loved the style/decor of the store very clean and just a pleasant welcome environment. As promised by the UPS store, Justin was the best. Too much milk not enough coffee. Got a latte. They have a remake policy if you don't like your drink. The manager was nice and accommodating when we asked them to remake our drinks. It still wasn't right, too much milk even with an added shot. Wanted to let them know too much milk to try to give feed back, but the barista started arguing with me. No extra flavors for coffee listed on their TV screen menus. They pull doubles for 16oz and 3 for their 20+oz. Wonder if they are trying to save cost on coffee by adding more milk? read more

We're constantly looking for new coffee spots in this side of Peoria since we don't have many options. I found The Valley Buzz on a nice Sunday morning and headed there for my caffeine fix. Walking in the place was beautifully decorated in a somewhat minimalist style and very inviting. I was immediately greeted by the cashier, he was smiley and friendly and very helpful when answering questions about the different drinks I was considering. I'm not a picky person so I asked that they prepare an iced drink of any kind and also ordered one of they seasonal energy drinks called "El Borracho". While I waited for my drinks we took the time to check out a shelf they had lined with candles and bags of Press coffee beans. The candles smelled amazing and had the most clever names such as "Your Man's Cologne" "Chillin' with the Homies" etc. My drinks were ready so fast I didn't have time to look at all the candles. The iced drink I was surprised with was a lovely concoction of creamy coffee and raspberry syrup, it was sweet but not overly and it had zero bitterness. It was so amazing I had to take a sip of the energy drink, even though I ordered it for my boyfriend. It was as amazing as the iced coffee! I chugged my coffee without even thinking of taking a picture which would've made this review much more interesting! They had already won me over and then I overheard the guy behind the counter tell the cashier to help me take the drinks to my car since I had my hands full with my 9 month old. No one does that nowadays! I was able to carry both drinks myself but the cashier still walked with me and opened the door for me. Seriously, this is a rare occurrence this day and age. read more

The atmosphere and service is top tier. My roommate and I came in here to get some coffee and study and absolutely loved it. We got the cacti energy drink and an iced vanilla latte. Both drinks were phenomenal and came out super fast. They use press coffee beans which I am a huge fan of. The guy working the front was super friendly and provided great service. LOVEEEEE THIS PLACE. My friends and I found this place a couple months ago and since then we've been coming back to do homework and study. All drinks are delicious! Perfect place to study, hang out, or do homework. Every single staff member here is very welcoming and sweet. They have açaí bowls now that are so yummmyyy. I'm traveling this week in Phoenix, and as I always do, I sought out a local coffee purveyor. Through a quick search, I found The Valley Buzz. I was greeted by a very friendly woman at the counter, and I asked my standard question when visiting a new coffee shop: "How is Your Drip?-Do You Dig It?" (through this question I can gain a really fast and good understanding of the quality of coffee shop it is - if they give me a weak shrug, they're likely not what I consider a proper shop, and I can confidently anticipate that the drip they are slinging is going to be disappointing-and if it's disappointing, that doesn't bode well for anything they're doing there - the reasoning is if they can't do this simple coffee method well, why would they do anything well or thoughtful). This morning, the woman at counter looked me in the eye, smiled and spoke positively about their drip. And as I would anticipate from her response, their drip coffee is great! New little cafe on the west side of town. It's a Super chill spot and the workers are really friendly. The coffee is great as well. I've only had their avocado bagel, but it was delicious as well for an after gym snack. I go in there maybe 2-4 times a week and sometimes bring a friend in with me as well so they can enjoy a cool, local cafe instead of something like Starbucks. 10/10 recommended! read more

I was overly impressed with the owner who had stated they recently took over the business. He asked me what I was looking for and without choosing a specific drink from the menu, he expertly crafted an ice-brewed coffee drink that was just perfect! It had flavor, it was the right size, it was creamy, and had a touch of sweetness. If I lived closer, I would be at this place almost daily! But for now, just when I roll into town. i stopped by late on a weekday so it wasn't too busy but it gave me a chance to speak with the new owners and honestly it's such a refreshing space. the drinks are really good, good atmosphere, you can have a good conversation and help picking what to order. it was definitely worth the drive. i would like to see them expand on the food a bit, i'm hoping to stop by again and see how they do. a lot to expect from this place, really exciting! read more
