She came out to briefly to answer a few questions and handed me a card showing the different rooms, she then told me to go on the website for more info then darted into the back as I snapped a few photos of the inside. For the price, I expected it to be in better shape, especially since it's not a brand-new location. I also think the one-hour time limit feels a little short; an extra 10-15 minutes would make the experience more enjoyable without feeling rushed. The staff member at the front desk was friendly, but he had trouble with my card and ended up having to enter it manually, which was a little inconvenient. Overall, not terrible, but definitely room for improvement--both in terms of upkeep and value for the price.

Plenty of parking, right off Highway 49 near the Robinson Church Rd intersection. Decor is clean and well-thought out. There is currently one room, with two more in the works. Theme was great for both the experienced kids and the first-timers. They received just enough help to get out of the puzzle with 2 minutes to spare. Had a good thrill to it. The concepts were really creative. I would say it's a hard room. I was told I was close to finishing (aren't you always though), I used at least 6 clues ! If I had another brain with me we would've definitely had a possibility of escaping. I must say having the tablet and getting clues typed to you is kind of a difficult strategy. I don't prefer that method because sometimes you don't always understand the context of what they're typing. I would read the clues over and over scratching my head . Nonetheless, I would definitely come back. That's all folks.

I tried calling them multiple times, texting, and leaving a voicemail but received no answers. Some times for rooms required a phone call to book so good thing we didn't have to have those times. We got there on time but just waited in lobby for 10 mins before someone came out, we thought they might have been closed as google says they close at 8pm. We felt rushed into the room and the room says it was a 4/5 difficulty which MAYBE for your first escape room is true but we got done in 30 mins when the room said it had a 30% escape rate. Overall, just felt it was not very well put together and easy. I would recommend for a chill first time escape room but not if you have experience in these or are expecting a very spooky scary room.
