Which already put a bad taste in my mouth. As we're getting closer to the end of our time we asked for 1 hint so we could get back on track but she proceeded to tell us what to do. She basically gave us the code for the exit door and when we opened the door there was another employee just waiting there. We asked them about a box that had a lock on it and the employee brushed it off and said okay... congrats .... And I asked her again what was in the box and the employee just said "yeah.... You would've had to be there a lot longer...." And then just stood there staring at us. This was a very unpleasant experience they just wanted to rush us out of there so they could close. Why take later bookings if you won't give them the same experience as earlier ones.If you're looking for any escape rooms there are better options in Charlotte like Escapeology.

Although I haven't tried laser tag, I did attempt the grid. It's very much similar to activate except it has 30 rooms with each containing a different point value & different objectives. The goal is for the team containing 2-5 people to reach 1,000 points. The first time I went with my group, we only got 175. It's totally okay for that to happen, I'd highly suggest going with 3-5 players at least for some of the rooms you encounter, but I'm sure if there is only two they compromise for it. Overall is a fun experience, and it is highly suggested that you wear comfortable clothes and some closed toe shoes. This is due to the fact that some of the rooms deal with mental, physical, skill, or a bit of it all. You are being timed from 30, 60, or 90 minutes. I would highly suggest the 90 minute one to ensure you have a chance to visit 85-90% of the rooms. They have hand sanitizers located on some of the walls outside the room as well! Really funny experience! They also have a concession stand as well.

Everything was so high tech and there were no locks and keys we had to keep track of, which is my biggest downfall when competing a room. Everything was entered via iPads on the walls. There was so much detail in the room, which really made the experience great. You could tell a lot of thought and effort went into every aspect of the room. The owner (I think) answered all of our questions and gave us every clue we needed to make it through, without ruining the game. He also took some time after to tell us about how they created the room. Such an awesome time, I would highly recommend! Can't wait to try the next room!

Plenty of parking, right off Highway 49 near the Robinson Church Rd intersection. Decor is clean and well-thought out. There is currently one room, with two more in the works. Theme was great for both the experienced kids and the first-timers. They received just enough help to get out of the puzzle with 2 minutes to spare. Hundreds of people touching the things one right after another, visible heavy fingerprints, some of the stations had paint chipping and visible caked on dirt that looked as it had never been wiped down. There was not enough hand sanitizer stations and no sanitizing wipes. I feel they should have staff walking around sanitizing down the things that get touched over and over. I dont think I'd ever go back; unless maybe they changed out some of the illusions. Most look as if they have been there the entire time the place has been open.
