The fellow at the counter suggested I use the UPS option. Well, I tried to reverse my return and take the UPS option but for some reason it didn't want to cancel my return. Went back the next week and tried staples again. I was in line with another frustrated lady and clerk was busy helping another person, the other lady yelled up to the counter and asked if the Amazon machine working yet, NOPE. So I decided to drive 50 miles to return it to Fernandina Beach!!! Well, the next morning off I went. The parking lot of that staples was being fully resurfaced for the local Publix, so I found a parking space a short distance away and walked to the staples. Not having good luck with staples. On the positive side, the clerk at that staples was super efficient and super nice. That's all I know about staples. It was a free return so no cost to me.", other than my 50 mile trip.

I took in a Silk blouse that I wanted pressed, and a Vince Camuto duvet cover. The cover needed pressing from wrinkles out of the package. I decided to have them clean it as well since they were going to press it. Paid $48.30 for both. The duvet cover came back more wrinkled than when I took it in. It actually looked better when I took it in than after they serviced it. I complained immediately and was told that they steam it, and if I wanted it pressed, I would have to do it. I ran some errands and went back in. I was so mad. This time I was told that it is not going to look any better. I don't know how they cleaned it, but It looks like they took it out of the dryer and hung it on the hanger. At least they didn't shrink it.
