The older man who responded to my problem was very rude, impatient and unprofessional and I should add accusatory. I spent most of the month trying to tract down the local representative to initiate this process, in late August I finally reached a representative, Jocelyn Pacheco. From late August through September we have exchanged multiple emails regarding my account, I have requested a balance of my acount to include my delivery charges but all I have gotten was a number of excuses. When I finally receieve a bill the charges were incorrect, remember I have been trying to resolve this matter since August while still being assessed fees for the unit. I received another bill today which takes my account through October, you can imagine my frustration. I tried to get my contents delivered on September 24, now the date is October 29. I have reached out to the cooporate office and still no resolution. I am committed to updating my dissatisfaction until this matter is resolved. Poor customer service and response to customer all played a huge role in my review of this company.

Mind you, this was a very basic move where they showed up with two people (I move a lot and normally see 3-4 people) and one of the two guys used our apartment to spend the whole time chatting on the phone and standing around. When I arrived at my destination and notified them of my new address, they told me it would be two weeks to schedule a truck to get my belongings from a storage location less than 5 miles away. Meanwhile, a colleague of mine that used a different moving company (Piece of Cake Moving, they're fantastic) was able to get his belongings the next day, because the truck drove up with him and delivered his belongings right away. These guys are slow, they don't communicate and it's very clear that they use their status as a preferred vendor with the corporate moving services to abuse and price gouge because they're not competing for the business of the people whose belongings they're moving.

I will use them again though because it was a great price for a delivery where the car was handled with care!
