They charged me $32.50, which is a lot, but they called me 30 minutes after I left and said they were ready. I don't know if the exorbitant price was because I needed them quickly or if that's what they normally charge. They did a nice job, and the establishment is very clean, but I feel a little taken advantage of. Having said all that, it would have taken me two years to hem the pants, and then I probably would have had one leg shorter than the other. The 3 stars is strictly for the price, not the quality of work.

They quoted me $60 for an inferior service, failing to follow regulations and damaging my $150 jacket in the process. Despite clear instructions and providing the necessary documentation, the tailor botched the job, and I'm now left to fix it myself. Their work is unprofessional and not worth the trouble of now undoing the job and having to do it myself.

Alex and Noel were extremely patient as I asked them to move the large rug and coffee table 3 times because I couldn't remember the exact angle. Dan and his team provided excellent work and service at a reasonable price.
