I took in a Silk blouse that I wanted pressed, and a Vince Camuto duvet cover. The cover needed pressing from wrinkles out of the package. I decided to have them clean it as well since they were going to press it. Paid $48.30 for both. The duvet cover came back more wrinkled than when I took it in. It actually looked better when I took it in than after they serviced it. I complained immediately and was told that they steam it, and if I wanted it pressed, I would have to do it. I ran some errands and went back in. I was so mad. This time I was told that it is not going to look any better. I don't know how they cleaned it, but It looks like they took it out of the dryer and hung it on the hanger. At least they didn't shrink it. We have used this dry cleaners before with no problem, then I made the huge mistake of taking a vintage fox tail cape in for cleaning. Being told yes we can clean that I dropped it off for cleaning not worrying about it at all. Until.....2 weeks after the due date of the return and still no coat. I had stopped by and was told they were doing special care on it, etc. Long story short, when I finally was able to retrieve my coat, almost 4 weeks after drop off, the most pleasant girl behind the counter (I use that reference ever so loosely) told me my coat had been there a week-no it wasn't because I was there a week earlier - then I looked down to see my foxtails missing and where they had been rips and holes where they had been removed. Yes I was more than upset. Miss congeniality on the other hand needs a lesson in dealing with the public as she is clueless and gave me the owners number and said I had to deal with her. I immediately got in the car and started dialing, of course the owner did not answer because she saw my number and was alerted by Miss Congeniality. I called 7x's no answer! Avoid and they go away right? Nope. Started calling the next day and still would not answer, so I decided to call from a different number and voila -owner picked up immediately! Imagine that! Anyway, I had left my cape at the cleaners and told Miss Congeniality that the store needed to fix it and that is what I told the owner. I was told the foxtails disintegrated in the cleaning and there was nothing they could do about that but she could repair the rips. I went back to get my vintage coat sans the foxtails after the repairs after a week, and low and behold Miss Congeniality was there and wow she was as lovely as ever. If the owner who I hold responsible for the whole fiasco had just called me and told me that during the cleaning process my coat was destroyed I could have been more understanding but the attitude of avoiding my calls and not dealing with me when you knew my coat was damaged/destroyed and then dealing with the lovely people person at the store makes this a definite deserved one star review. It actually deserves a no star but that is not an option. Take your valued items somewhere else.

I feel I was overcharged and scammed by the owner (male). On March 11, 2026, I dropped off six garments to be hemmed only (2 jumpsuits and 4 slacks). The owner asked me if I wanted the brand new garments "pressed." Before I could respond, he said "I press for you, no worries," while flailing one arm. I assumed he was gonna do it as a courtesy. He told me the items would be ready on March 30th and I would receive a phone call letting me know. No phone call was received. On April 2nd I called to inquire about my garments. I was told they were ready. Upon arrival, I was shocked (to say the least) when the owner told me my total was $197.00! For six hemmed garments. No other alterations. This man told me the hems cost $26/item, plus "pressing" costs $16.00/item. He OFFERED to press the garments. I didn't ask! After I complained, he gave me a 10% "discount." I paid $177.00 to have six items hemmed ONLY (plus the cost to press added). Three of the four pairs of slacks were TOO LONG. They were not hemmed properly, and two pair didn't even appear to have been hemmed at all. I AM UPSET, to say the least. My husband returned this morning, April 3rd, to confront him about the exorbitant pricing and was only offered a $16.00 refund for "pressing." I'm still out-of-pocket $152.00...for hemming six pants (unlined pants).
