Very unprofessional and rude. Notary claimed to have been doing it for 40 years, but wouldn't provide service because she "hadn't seen something before." Wouldn't listen to reason. Notary at a bank down the road did it without hesitation. Big waste of time. FYI, from FL Statues governing Notaries: A notary can acknowledge a signed document in some circumstances. This is called an acknowledgment, and it's the only type of notarial act that can be performed on a document that's already been signed. A notary verifies that the signer voluntarily signed the document. The signer must be present to confirm that the signature is theirs. read more

I hate this dumb location. Guy gives me an issue and changes the price of printing every single time I'm in here long story short. The Yulee guys do not do that to me and I told him that. Have s business mailbox with this store for about 4 years now. Couldn't be more pleased! Communication is good. Staff has always been helpful when there have been delivery issues. They were working hard every time i saw them during height of Covid. I know some folks on yelp have commented by being 'put off' by some of the employee's attitude, but this store is often busy and with more folks buying/shipping with ebay/amazon/overstock;etc, it can get overwhelming, and the employees do have procedural rules that need to be followed. My advice to some of these irritated folks is to just be patient and a bit more understanding. read more

I came by to simply drop off a pre-labeled clothing return. The woman accepted it, had friendly conversation, and offered a receipt which I accepted. I mentioned how great it was that UPS was delivering on a mandatory evacuation day when we had the strongest tropical storm winds, and I think she took it as "why weren't you guys open?" I assured her that no one expected them to be, and that they do a great job. I'll be back! read more

Every time I walk in here the people are so unhappy! Not one smile! The young man with the awesome hair always holds the door for me when I have a large box, but he seems absolutely miserable . Both of the women never smile! I'm not sure what's going on here but I'll avoid this location from now on. They were going to charge me for tape, so I just purchased a roll myself and did it. I have used this store so many times but will start going to another location . The owner needs to hire professional employees that can welcome people and smile when a customer walks in the door. I called once to ask about shipping documents. The women was rude, would not be patient enough for me to complete any sentence and ultimately did not care or understand my simple inquiry. Then I went to drop off an amazon return (must be them) and the re-taping was lazy and left the product exposed. There was no friendly demeanor or interaction and when I asked to help close it, there was a uncaring, unenthusiastic, lazy response followed a label being carelessly slapped on with overhang. I'm not expecting much, but a little care and tidiness isn't much to ask. Poor at best read more

Had a single page document notarized today. Took all of 1 minute. After filling out the paper she tells me there is a $10 charge. I said I thought it was a complimentary service. She tells me with a smile "It is at the bank". At this point there was nothing I could do she had already written on the document. It was evident when she responded to me she was enjoying her gotcha moment. I hope it was worthwhile it because they will never get any of our business again. read more

I've mailed packages there twice. They are very nice and helpful. Both times I was forced to use my debit card as the credit was not accepted. The risk is that by using your debit your card information can be stolen with you entering your pin. The clerk said she has not seen that issue before and didn't acknowledge it happening then. I showed her when I attempted to use credit it didn't work,but once I entered my pin for debit it worked. Businesses do this so they aren't charged fees, but it puts customers at risk for having their card information stolen as is common at gas stations. That's why I prefer to use the credit and not enter my pin. read more

I've only been to this particular UPS a hand full of times, but every time i've had a less than stellar experience. The last three times I've gone, I wasn't once greeted, smiled at, or asked how I was or if I could be helped. And the very last time I went, they managed to mix up the boxes I was sending so my family members all received the wrong packages. I will not be going back. read more

I dropped off a large antique dresser to be packed and shipped up to Michigan. I've never shipped anything like that before and was more than a bit nervous about it. The store had no issues with my request and seemed prepared to expedite the order. And within 4-5 days my local UPS was on the phone arranging drop off. They could not deliver it to my house because of truck size but they met me at the corner. The guys lifted it off the truck and helped load it in the back of my car. I just had an extra mile home. It was wrapped very nicely no tape was used on the finish and inside the box it was resting on OSB and the bottom legs and underneath were cushioned with styrofoam blocks.It arrived perfectly safe from nicks dents or scratches. My only suggestion would be the staff be more forthcoming with their process so I don't try to guess what happens next and bug them with numerous calls. They quoted as best they could given I had no clue about weight. Shipping was Not cheap, packaging was reasonably priced. Thanks Ladies! read more
