    Taz has had my husband's laptop since January and it still is not ready. He must have blocked me…read morebecause my texts indicate "not delivered". We have left voice mails, but no responses. I say it isn't ready, but we don't know since he will not respond to calls or texts. He did fix my phone screen and the turn around was fast; however, the work on 2 laptops belonging to my husband hasn't worked out so well. We know he has been sick; however, we would just appreciate an acknowledgement that he still has one of our laptops and the charges have already been paid. He required full payment up front, so that is what we did. The work he did on my husband's first laptop cannot be "recognized" by the laptop, so $250 down the drain. Now we don't know the status of the second one he has had since January, but we paid $150 up front. Thus, the one star rating.

The home button on my son's…read morephone wasn't working completely when I brought it to them but shortly after the repair, it got worse and was loose. Thought it was odd, but my son didn't mind so whatever. Fast forward a month or two and the phone completely stops turning on. I have a professional background in repairing Apple devices so I decided to just fix it myself when I got the time. Well, I finally got a chance to open it up and as soon as I did, two tiny screws fell out. I assume those go to the home button assembly, as the assembly and home button are completely loose and the only thing holding that in is the frame of the phone. Less important but still notable - the frame was also missing one of the bottom screws. Upon further inspection, the battery cable was not completely attached which explains why it wouldn't turn on at all. It was also missing the plate that goes over the battery cable. I reconnected the battery completely and was able to get it to boot up but now it's stuck in a boot loop. I have never seen such sloppy work and can't believe they thought it appropriate to charge for such work. I feel extremely ripped off.

It isn't, it is a Verizon Authorized Retailer. Big difference. If you purchase a device here the device contract is not with Verizon. Completely different terms, pricing and if you have an issue with your device a Verizon store will not touch it. A true Verizon store will have a wider selection of devices and a better trained sales force. After the fact, I found out my TCC rep was a trainee. This information is pre printed on my sales invoice, "The first bill will likely be larger than the normal monthly price. This reflects any activation fees plus a full and partial month of service." The rep quoted verbally and in writing:"First month's bill: $156.71." He said that it would then drop to about $125 per month (this part is not in writing). Imagine my surprise when my first month's bill was $249.06, and my normal monthly bill is $156.71 and that's for two years. I have no recourse. Too late I found out that there is a true Verizon store just over the bridge in Yulee, it's worth the drive.

    I messaged this company to come out and do a diagnostic for my dryer in a service call for $89…read more Let's start the fact with my tech messaged me via text message multiple times after 10 PM asking what my dryer model was. Weird. My tech showed up hours after the window I booked. Then proceeded to overcharge me for what I didn't sign up for once he got here. He said he didn't need to do the full diagnostic so it wouldn't need to be $220 today, just $197. Apparently the $89 is just to drive out there and it only works for some objects? If I wanted the dryer fixed, he'd have to come back a different time and it would be an additional $200. He never sent a written diagnostic as I asked multiple times in person. He said it should've come in a text message from the app right after I used the pay link. Never happened. I asked him, in person while he was there, to send it again because I didn't have the diagnostic after I paid. He said he didn't have service at my house (I put him the wifi temporarily), then said his phone was dying and needed to charge it. And he pulled out of the driveway and left as he said that. I called and text messaged him to send me a written diagnostic. Nothing sent to me. I tried calling customer service and emailing customer service after that both the email and number for customer service is only AI. It just sends you loop until you go away. No one would help. Not sure what I paid for here.
