We have had so many different carriers over the years and she has the BEST personality!! She is so prompt and answers any questions we have. She helps us to understand the differences in our return mail that we don't understand and the little things we need to know when mailing certain things out. Shes so knowledgeable about her job. The entire building here loves her from the other businesses as we have mentioned to each other how we like her. We always can count on her at the same time to be here so we know when to have our mail ready. She never mixes up any mail like other carriers have. She has shared the personal touches from her homes she delivers too with very quick info on how much she enjoys her route and the personal touch she has with the homes and very quick cute stories of the people. You can tell she enjoys the route and her customers. I hope that she gets recognized for the great job she does and the great personality she brings to the office when she stops in. You have a quick, knowledgeable, very kind bubbly, fun, personable (which is is important), professional employee that I really wanted to make sure to recognize for her very hard work. Others could lead by her example of what matters to your customers. The one thing I forgot to mention that has been important to our office is that even though we dont have mail for the day she always stops by to see if we have outgoing mail. Old offices before wouldn't do that and its important to us as we will have outgoing mail that cant sit here if someone skips coming in when we don't have mail. So the fact that Patti does that is actually important and stands out to us. We want to thank Patti for her little things that matter and the personal touch she brings to her customers.

The mailbox I use had a lock that needed to be repaired, and the situation was such that this post office was responsible for making the contact. I'm not sure how much of the processing was on the locksmith order and I'm not privy to the communication between the respective locksmith(s) and post office. The locksmith(s) might be private to the post office rather than from a local company. I made my request on a weekday afternoon and was told that an order was put in and that there was no way to know how long the lock repair would take. I left my phone number and offered other pertinent information and offered to give them other information they might need, but that request was declined. I called in one week later on an afternoon weekday, and I was told that the order was still in but that I didn't need to call and that the order was still put in, and they confirmed my phone number with me. The representative seemed kind of annoyed I had made a phone call at all. One full month or a bit more after my initial call, I visited the post office in-person in the afternoon. They told me to make a call in the morning only and that the morning staff handle lock issues and not the afternoon. I don't remember if they took down my information, but they should've had it at this point regardless. Due to personal situation and work, I was not able to call until the following Wednesday morning after that. Tuesday night, I noticed the lock was finally handled, but there was no update on the keys. They told me that I could not have the keys delivered and that I would have to come in to the post office. I went in-person in the morning the next day afterward and in-person, the staff told me that the keys have been sitting around for so long that they sent them out with the carrier today. So, after telling them where I would be, I immediately went back to be available for the carrier asap. During all phone calls and in-person meetings from the beginning, I left the respective information including situation about how the keys had to be dropped off elsewhere nearby for personal reasons. The staff that work in the morning and the afternoon are apparently different, and it turned out as huge disconnections one after another for me. It has negatively impacted my own life and work. The pandemic, the lack of interest in jobs that may interest customer service, issues with shipments and transportation system in general presently, and the funding problems with the weird regulations preventing workers from working certain hours outside standard hours without enough of a case to warrant it, and the issues with raising rates has lead to a discombobulated system for things not in a standard realm. Some/many other foreign country post offices are worse for sending things out of the country at least or receiving packages. It seems unless we want to pay more via a reputable carrier such as UPS or FedEx (if we can), for many things where it is more money to use those services, it isn't worth sending out by those services for many shipments. The flow of standard services seems to go by well and the staff are professionally nice here.

They did not take any breaks, worked super hard and got all my moving done really quickly. I was very impressed by their agility, and their hard work. I would definitely use this guys again.

First of all, Matt was great at scheduling, giving an estimate, and answering questions. But since he didn't have anything to do with the actual moving process...I can't really say it mattered. I moved from a one bedroom in west philly to a center city apartment- pretty simple. The guys showed up late ~ 20 minutes late. I met them in the parking lot of my building because they couldnt figure out how to park their MASSIVE moving truck on their own. I came down and they were smoking cigarettes next to their graffiti covered vehicle. It took them at least another 15 minutes to actually park and come up to my apartment...where they realized they forgot the dolly. So they went back to their truck and couldn't find it...because they forgot it. So now we are about 45 minutes past my start time and they begin moving things... My mom and I actually helped them bring boxes to the elevator to bring down because we were already so far behind schedule. The process would have been so much faster if they had not forgotten a dolly, and I would not have felt like I had to help because I was paying for them to carry one box at a time down my hallway. Matt had told me that the crew would be able to give me a ride to the new apartment, and when I asked them they laughed and said "ummm there isn't much room but if you don't mind smoking then fine" I hate smoking...so I got a cab. When I got to my new apartment they arrived more than 20 minutes after me...smoking again. I had asked Matt if I needed to get them a parking permit for my new street because I knew my location was zoned- he said no it was fine. Then of course the crew got a parking ticket and whined about that while they moved my stuff into the new apartment. They chipped the side of my dining room table and snapped the hanging wire on the back of a large piece of wall art. Nothing else was damaged. The whole day sucked. They were unprofessional and unprepared. I really don't enjoy paying people by the hour to smoke cigarettes. I called Matt towards the end of the process to let him know that I was displeased with the service, especially forgetting the dolly since I knew it added a lot of time to my move and required my mom and I to help. He tried to make things better by knocking a little bit off of my bill. But all in all the whole thing was terrible. I would NEVER use skybox again.
