She later said someone would contact me regarding staff training. The lack of product knowledge was frustrating, but the unprofessional behavior and dishonesty were unacceptable. Customers deserve to be treated respectfully, especially after waiting in line. I hope ownership addresses both training and customer service standards.

Lately, it's be a little messy. They are either restocking shelves or cleaning stuff up. I'm not really sure. They just have a few of these carts with boxes and garbage in several places throughout the store (see pictures). Now, I'm not that snooty that I am unable to walk into a store without complaining over a few cardboard boxes laying around. Except that they are usually in the way, so in order to get by with a shopping cart or pick up something in that general area, you have to move it out of the way.
