I feel like their motto should be more like, "Oh course we can't!" I recently had a project I where I created an invitation for a client. Had it saved in different formats on a flashdrive and so this client could take it to their choice of printers. Someone suggested Kendall Printers as it was conveniently nearby. Upon arriving they were somewhat greeted by a lady by the name of Pat. They explained the printing request they wanted and were told that it was not possible, saying the version of the formats couldn't be printed. Several formats were saved in different file extensions such as .eps, .jpeg, .pdf, etc. No other suggestions were made as to how they could be helped. My client left and immediately drove to Office Max in Oswego. Upon arriving in Office Max, a young man in the printing services area kindly assisted them and stated the job could be done, he had it ready that SAME day! This is what I call great service, it's a shame that folks could not get that from Kendall Printers. Perhaps they are handy for basic copy and cutting services, but if you need anything more than that you may want to consider heading elsewhere!

A proof was sent to me for approval and about a week later I was able to pick up my completed posters and table tents! I thought prices were reasonable. 50% is due as a deposit when you place the order and the other 50% is due when you pick up. They offer delivery as well, but I live locally so I decided just to stop by. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, and the project printed out great!
