I told her I could come back rather than wait. She suggested I use the self serve copiers. Being I had never been to a FedEx store, I had no idea how to use one. She said she'd walk me through it, so I gave it a try. Other customers had walked in after me, so she was waiting on them as she kept an eye on how I was doing from behind her counter. She took me step by step through the process and after all was said and done, it was pretty easy. I noticed that management follows the appropriate protocol for Covid with spacers on the floor, supplying hand sanitizer, using clear coverings on the copy machine control panels, asking people to social distance and supplying masks in case you come in without one, which was what happened with me. In my haste after a hectic morning, I accidentally left mine in the car. I was happy to get in and out so quickly because her business was picking up with multiple people walking in as I was walking out. All in all, a good experience on a simple copy job.
