A young label said we would have given you a sleeve we just needed to close the package. I said well it's a kinda too late for tht. A guy comes in scans one package. Then has a hard time scanning my second package. The clerk suggests I print another label. Here's the issue. There's more ways to get the label QR CODE, type the label in manually. Why the hell would yall charge me another $3 to print the paper out when yall watched me already buy tape wrap my items and watch me wrap my labels up! Won't be going back there again! No efforts to try and help out after standing in a human chain of ppl! Do better

It circles around your house but you can't get it. And they tell you it's in the system and cannot be altered for you to get. This is the third time they are coming back because they come back every time you're at work like a normal person. I signed the door tag saying I need it left there because I still have to continue working a normal job unlike most of the country current time. They came back the next day and just put another door tag over that door tag. So, when I decided to move I chose them as my shipping agent. I can still remember their smiling faces as they told me "Don't worry, you can trust us." Was that ever a mistake! They turned what should have been a challenging but rewarding experience into a family nightmare. They abandoned our goods in Europe and we were forced to hire another shipping agent and pay a second time after a long and costly delay in order to receive our furniture and personal items. They refused to give us back our money even though they had not fulfilled the contract to deliver.
