I was impressed by how easy the form was to fill out online (to let him know exactly what we were looking for). He printed out a small sample so I could confirm that the resolution was suitable, which it was. He printed it out, and it looks excellent. An unexpected bonus of the final product is the durable quality of the paper. I don't know what it is, but it doesn't easily crease or rip. The ink doesn't smear either.
