The night before the outing, while at the girls' hockey game, we suddenly realized no one had them. Panic set in. Out of desperation, I sent them a message on Facebook--fully expecting either no reply or, at best, a "sorry, nothing we can do." To my absolute surprise, within 10 minutes they responded. Not only did they reassure me, but they immediately offered solutions. While we were scrambling to see if someone nearby could grab the signs, they asked where we were--and when I told them we were at the game, they went above and beyond. They actually offered to bring the signs to us. After the game, they met me at my house and delivered them personally. I was floored. They easily could have said, "Sorry, we'll see you Monday," and I would have understood. Instead, they went out of their way, on their own time, to make sure our team was taken care of. That kind of service is almost unheard of these days. What they did was not just customer service--it was genuine kindness, and it meant the world to us. They saved our event, and for that I will be forever grateful. I will recommend MI Custom Signs to everyone I know, and I will never forget how they stepped up when they didn't have to. The best service that I have received in a long time…read more I had an ongoing issue with my laptop, so I called them and was able to come in the same day, the owner assured me that he would give me a free quote and diagnostics and I could proceed to do whatever I needed. It is very rare for a small business to offer free services because a lot of them do it with a catch. Over here there was NO catch! They just wanted me to know all of my repair options and even if I didn't get any service by them there would have been no charge. Regardless, since they are a small business they earned the support. They are honest, thorough, and reliable. I am thankful for them being my laptop back to life after being completely dead for 10 months. They were so kind and so patient with all of my questions and they explained everything as best as they could. End result? My laptop works again, my data is no longer lost, and I am happy i didn't have to spend a large amount of money to fix it. I saved more money than I was expecting.
