Geez. What a mess. Just moved from the West Coast and had to return my cable equipment (Cox). The guy at the counter said he didn't know what Cox was. I explained it to him and he said he couldn't help me. Then another guy walked up and said "you mean AT&T?" Then Lucas, the "manager", comes over and says "I don't have them." All the employees start laughing so I said "what's so funny?" I told him my return instructions say to go to any UPS store. After hitting a few buttons on his computer, he says "oh here it is." I normally would not review a UPS Store, however there was a bit of an incident today which was quite upsetting. I go to this location often as it is convenient. Due to my line of work, I also need things to be notorized often. Now, I'm no legal expert. But I have always thought that the purpose of a notary was simply to confirm that the person signing the document is indeed the person named as signing the document. Basically just verifying their identity. The actual content of the document is absolutely none of their business. This man started reading the document! Now mind you, I was not the one signing it. But the document was for me. He looks at me and asks, "you're Amy?" That's none of your business who I am. This was a sensitive document as well. I will NEVER use their services again. I only gave three stars because this was one incident, and only one aspect. The workers are always quick and courteous. But I will go elsewhere now. read more

The new owner is beyond words, he is so kind and caring unlike any other store I have ever been too, he helps me when I don't understand what goes where or how to do things, he always has a smile on his face and even remember not only my name but the name of my family and husband and always asks how they are when I come in. I just wanna inform you about the type of service that Richard provided for my 75-year-old mother. She needed to return a package to Amazon and Richard refused to scan the barcode on her phone and print off the label for her. UNACCEPTABLE. He wanted a 75-year-old woman to go home, create an email address, print the label herself and then go back to the store so she can actually ship the package. Then he wanted to charge her which is 1000% unheard of when returning a package to Amazon. This is the worst possible service UPS could've offered especially with the contracted deal with Amazon. I will ensure to steer anybody away from this particular UPS store even if it means traveling several miles out of the way if that's what it takes in order to get good service because obviously it is not provided at the UPS store located in Macomb Michigan on the corner of Romeo Plank Road and 23 Mile Rd. read more

We use The UPS Store for work. One of our employees went to this store and felt that he was talked to in a condescending manner so he took to the internet to leave a review. Apparently, the owner didn't like the negative review and took the time to stalk down the employee - at work - and call him about the review. He complained that he didn't like the review and told the employee, "Now I've found you." I can't help but wonder: what exactly does that mean? Now that he's found him...what? Is he going to show up to our place of business? Is he going to challenge him to a duel? A fight? Ask for a date? It is highly inappropriate for an owner of a business to stalk down an employee of a customer that left a poor review, with the intent of calling that person - at their place of employment- and threatening that person with "Now I've found you." I contacted the owner and his explanation was that he wasn't given the chance to even talk to the guy before he left the review. Newsflash - regardless of your feelings, customers are not obligated to speak with ANYBODY before leaving a review. Furthermore, when you STALK somebody down so that you can call and threaten them, I doubt the message would have been received. I have searched online and can't find this review anywhere (I'm guessing he had Google remove it somehow). I have emailed and sent texts asking for a copy but I haven't received anything. My question is this: besides just being blatantly unprofessional and flat out stalkerish, isn't there some sort of legal violation when somebody is searching for and using a customer's information to stalk down one of their employees because you don't like the review that they left?? read more

I was very un-happy with the assistance I received from UPS corporate over phone and web after they lost a package in transit somewhere in Illinois. The owner of the store got involved- processed a claim for me and was able to get me reimbursed for lost item. I wished I had involved the store sooner as they made dealing with UPS a much easier task. Thank you for the help! read more

I only ever come here to drop off my Amazon returns. The 2 men that I've seen here are always nice and send me off with a "have a nice day". I'm in and out in under less than a minute. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this store deserves it. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and everyone was friendly. I was visiting from out of state due to the death of a family member. I walked in this store needing to ship things home before my flight the next day. I had everything in grocery bags and boxes. The employee weighed everything and printed out labels, took my payment, and sent me on my way. As I walked out I prayed it would arrive in one piece. I received more than I could have expected! Loose paper and pictures were all bagged in zip pouches. Breakables were bubble wrapped. Everything neatly and carefully placed in the boxes. I was so surprised because none of this was quoted or mentioned. I was so impressed! I can not thank the employees who handled my shipment enough. You made a horrible situation bare able.
