I live near this UPS store, but drive all the way to the Burlington US store just to avoid the rude and unhelpful employees at this location. It's baffling to me why any store owner would employ such obnoxious, rude employees to interact with the public. I went to this UPS store in Saint Albans, this man escalate a situation. His cashier don't know how to read, or she was just being rude. I gave her a piece of paper that had my address and the shipping address. She found and old address in the system, and she didn't add the information I gave her that were in front of her. I got impatient and almost cried, and told her she enter the information wrong, multiple time too and I know she was doing it on purpose, and she kept slamming everything she get in front of me. This man decided to use his white superiority ego, to tell me that I have an attitude for telling the cashier she entered the wrong information impatiently. Proceed to tell me that I am banned from his store, all the store around Vermont, that he has my name and my information. Then call the police to kick me out to serve me a trespassing order against me. So I guess any customer unhappy because of crappy services deserve a trespassing order. His white pass cards was that "my wife is black" screaming angrily! I would love to post the full video about the situation with them and police but I can't upload it here. TERRIBLE SERVICE! They are very rude, not very helpful and will overcharge you! I had a package and wasn't sure if they needed to add anything before I taped it (Amazon changed how to return certain things) so I went in with it not taped and to ask for help. Instead of helping me they were extremely rude and charged me for a literal piece of tape. A tiny piece of tape. This was AFTER I tried to buy a roll of package tape and they didn't have the kind I needed. They only had weird brown tape. Then the so called manager starts yelling that he pays $2,000 a month for tape?! How exactly does that make charging a dollar for a small piece of tape make since. Charge a dime or a quarter or get this, just help out every once in awhile. Once i would figure out the new Amazon practice I would have known what to do and wouldn't need anymore tape. I left feeling truly terrible. The moral of this story: JUST HELP PEOPLE! Not everything should cost a ton of money. I go there all the time and spend money and they couldn't lift a finger to help me. So instead of explaining what was happening with my package they made me feel stupid and charged me. Just ridiculous! And at Christmas time. I have a very bad taste in my mouth and I will not go back to this location. read more

I was very impressed by the young lady at the UPS store on Main Street. She was focused, polite, smart and able to multi-task dealing with customers and being the only one there for the past several days. Definitely deserves a pay raise! read more

Went in for Notary Service today, was told no one can help me. Poor business practice.

I was thinking about changing my p.o. box from USPS to this UPS store. I had to call the store as UPS, for some reason, does not post their mailbox rates or box sizes. They suggest I come in but I live 2 hours away. I asked the man answering the phone what the "annual rate" was for their small, medium and large boxes were and he gave me monthly rates. I asked again for the annual rates and he became annoyed and said "You want me to do the math for you?"- after I explained to him that I asked for annual (that rate is less) he then told me those were the annual rates cut down to monthly. Then I did the unthinkable: I asked him to tell me the sizes of the boxes which he did not know and apparently it was not written down for employees. He then put me on hold saying "I have about 20 people in line right now". I hung up after a few minutes. I don't know if this person was the owner or an employee, but it cost them $300 annually because this person could not answer 2 simple questions without attitude. I have to say I can believe most of the reviews here as I have experienced similar treatment. I'll be happy to stay with the USPS. If I could rate my experience with 0 Stars, I would. read more

This UPS store is conveniently located downtown St. Albans. I have been there twice for passport and visa photos. The staff was friendly and the transactions went very quickly. Overall I am extremely pleased with the service and quality at this UPS Store. read more

I've only been into this UPS store 2-3 times mostly for notary service. I have got a couple of photocopies here as well. Service is friendly and fairly efficient. I've been in here once and had to wait but when they have multiple people on staff, there is usually one able to get right to the next person in line. It's a fairly well organized space and not at all sloppy. I probably could get notary service done cheaper somewhere else but it's usually quick and painless here. read more

The notary public here charges $5 per notary stamp... its free at the town clerks office. The high price is not justified.

The gentleman working the counter was very friendly and worked fast to help everyone in a timely manner. He printed some flyers for me (lost cat) and offered to post one at their store and keep an eye out for her. I appreciated his energy, kindness, and great service. I'm a pretty new customer (have just had my mail coming there for a several weeks), but so far I'm very happy with the service. The St. Albans store itself is nice, and the associate is very friendly. I liked that I received an email from them when a package arrived because I don't plan on stopping by more than twice a month to retrieve mail. read more
