Then added a rented trailer, with plywood and tarps, and STILL did not have room for all of my things. Openly complained about my personal family furniture- very disrespectful. Great experience with these guys. Really nice guy, positive attitude, competent but realistically my third floor walk up and grandmothers hope chest were going to be a problem for me and one guy...then Vermont movers show up, with two guys AND a truck. The relocation Co had overcompensated by double booking! So VT movers drove (an adequately sized, professional) truck down here, an hr away, for nothing, thought they were contracted for a full job to find out the job was really just loading a truck. Did they flip out and leave? No. They stuck around and worked with the first guy. Seriously, it would have been totally legit to leave us, or to insist on being the primary movers but they are nice guys. We had already loaded some stuff and the first guy was going to beable to deliver a few days earlier so we went with what was in MY best interests, no hard feelings. Which is cool because I suck at conflict and it gives me stomach cramps for a day, but not a problem, they were very accommodating and flexible. And they didn't half ass anything either. Hottest day in a while, humid, third floor walk up. They did not dilly dally. They had the right equipment and the right attitude.

We just had the best experience with Burlington Moving Company…read more. When we submitted our request the Lovely Amber reached out to us within the hour and had us on the books for our desired move date. We had to make some last minute scheduling changes and they said it was no problem and they were happy to assist. Day 1 the group showed up on time and ready to move. We even got to have a nice chuckle when our cat thought hiding in the box spring was a good idea. I believe the mover said "I think your box spring just meowed" ;-) They stored our items overnight and everything was ready to go the next day. The 2nd day of moving it rained and was cold but you couldn't even tell. Movers had smiles on their faces and were happy to be helping us. Wonderful Experience, we will happily use them again :)

I thought it was going to be confusing and stuff would end up at the wrong house but Lee took care of it all. Everything ended up with the correct owners of each house, and all of the guys were extremely pleasant, personable, and worked so very hard on two of the hottest days we have had all summer. They didn't complain once and each of us had LOTS of stuff. They were just absolutely awesome. They were on time, they worked all day both days, nothing got broken, they put everything together that needed to be, and even put all of the boxes in the rooms they needed to go in. I highly recommend Spartan movers and will be referring them to everyone in the future who is planning a move.
