The manager said this was a government policy. -protecting who? This business needs to take responsibility for damage they are responsible for on a case by case basis. I would avoid this business. This was an out-of-state delivery (to Connecticut). We were impressed by the professionalism at every step of the way. Justin, Matt, and Brad showed up promptly on the scheduled day to pack us. Polite, responsible -- and efficient! They packed boxes and protected the furniture well. They finished early enough to start loading the truck that day and came back the following day to finish loading. They arrived earlier than expected in Connecticut the following morning and unloaded very quickly. Furniture was positioned and reassembled as we wanted and boxes were placed in the correct locations. Amazing work! Nothing was lost. Nothing was broken. Despite the careful protection, there were minor scuff marks on a couple of pieces, but nothing worth trying to repair. On time, under budget, and in good order. It doesn't get better than that. Burlington to a…read morenew apartment and, as I had less room at the new place, I rented one of their outside units for tires, bike etc. When my Mom passed away I needed a temperature controlled unit inside for her furniture and they were able to find one there for me. I still have an indoor unit for my things and access is great, I can pull my car into the storage building close enough to make it easy to move tires, camping equipment, etc. in and out. The facility is gated for security and the only issue I've ever really had was when the gate failed and I got stuck inside the storage yard.. LOL. It was quickly fixed fortunately though it would have given me a great excuse to miss the family dinner I was dreading.

They may do this everyday but I sure don't so it would have been nice to know what to expect in advance. They came in a little over estimate but by only a few hundred dollars ($1300 estimate, $1550 bill). Considering what they did, I did not care. However, I was not expecting to have to pay on the spot because no one told me the process. I imagine it could have been in the documentation I received at 5:00 the night before but by then I was scrambling to pack and couldn't even barley take time to pee.
