It took 30 minutes for the Verizon central office customer rep to finally provide the number that was needed by UPS. We are grateful to Jay and Sara, who both were staffing the UPS store, for getting on the phone, explaining over and over (and over again) to the customer rep what was needed. They were sympathetic and friendly to us and turned around this frustrating experience. They both continued to help customers while Jay held onto the phone and explained yet another time what was needed until, at last, the person on the phone sent rhe number. So I had a limited amount of time to get this done. I was at work. So I walk in to find the place with 2-3 people here. I was greeting by one of their employees. Asking how they may help and they just LISTENED. It was great! I had a frame I wanted sent out and they did just that. They kept it simple and easy. I had them pack it with me there. It didn't take them that long to pack it. Now I hate packing...So Id rather make them do it. Plus if it brakes I could blame them! So its win win for me! Also wanna add if its under $100 item they will cover for free with no fee in-case its lost or damaged. I was out of there in no time! Now when you being them something to pack for you...Be ready to pay for it! It cost me $25 to ship something a few pounds. Now that does include them boxing it for me and making sure its packed right. Plus the cost of 3-5 day ground shipping. So over all its not that bad. I do however think it will get there with no damage by letting them do it. So the price didn't really bother me. Over all it was great. They are fast, friendly and pack fragile items very well! They are a good option if you dont wanna deal with packing your own stuff. Let them. Plus its their business and they seem to do it well! After conveying my needs, we got it all arranged over the phone and I emailed my files. He assured me that turnaround time was approximately two weeks. I was extremely surprised when I received a call that my order was done in three days! I picked it up the following morning after they transferred it to a closer location for my convenience!
