When we got there the lady (Penny) looked at us like we had 10 elephants standing behind us. Apparently "they don't take appointments!". I wasn't sure if that meant that we should leave or if they could still look at the dress because they just stood there starting at us. The whole alteration appointment was miserable, negative, and all around uncomfortable. Fast forward two weeks to today when my daughter's friends went to pick up the dress. I called to make sure they would be able to pick it up without the receipt before driving the 45 minutes from our house and the lady who answered the phone (Penny) said they just needed to give my name or phone number. The phone conversation was 34 seconds long. Well, when they got there to pick up the dress Penny thought it would be ok to tell them that I was the lady who wouldn't stop "yapping" on the phone when I called to ask about the pick-up. Let me remind you, the call was 34 seconds long. Absolutely appalling. I can see why this location has less then 3 stars. I really, really hope people take their business somewhere else!

Plenty of signs all over to ensure people know there are 24hr surveillance cameras (and rightfully so because this helps minimize issues). Those that want to pay with cash, can do so using coins or get change from 2 change machines located in sitting area. As mentioned before as well, there is an ATM machine here (didn't use it, assume it's in working order as there's no sign stating otherwise). Machines are very well maintained, again with notes posted to ensure customers are not overloading or putting too much detergent in them. Overall fabulous place and will definitely be back anytime we are in the area!!

Yes, real quarters, which is great because I refuse to do the electronic junk. It also takes phone payments, there is an ATM on site for cash, and there is a change machine to change $1, $5, $10 and $20 bills.
