    Absolute Sound Laboratories and their division Audiosonic Service deserve a special commendation in…read moremy books. I sent them my 1976 Harman-Kardon 630 stereo receiver on December 28, 2018 for repair service so I could give the unit to my son for his 50th birthday. I approved the estimate and repair was done, but the unit failed during final testing and couldn't be restored to proper operation. Ordinary service centers would probably refund my original shipping and estimate costs and call it a day. But not Audiosonic Service! They offered me a replacement unit (in this case an upgrade Harman-Kardon 730), fully restored at THEIR expense! It took a lot of time and effort on their part to accomplish this, I received the 730 on August 10, 2019, but it has been worth the wait. Thank you so much, Evan and Mark!

    VERY PREDATORY at this location. I went there with 4 large boxes from Home Depot I needed to ship…read moreto Las Vegas. I called UPS directly and also used the online UPS shipping calculator so I was prepared and knew what size and weight and approximately what I will paying to my destination. Package dimensions plus weight including originating shipping location to destination with taxes for ground shipping I was given online was $105 per box. I show up to this store and after getting through the door by ourselves (son and I) and then placing the first box on the counter when it came to our turn which weighed 43 pounds. The lady at the counter quoted me $197 to ship it which was the lightest box we had. So we went from an online quote of roughly $450 to over $800+ to ship 4 boxes meticulously and purposefully picked, packed and weighed to make sure we met their package and weight limits to get the right pricing. I called out the price difference and she said well it's the insurance on the package in case of loss or damage since it has a $100 value I provided. I responded I did all that also using the UPS shipping calculator and it still was $105. Ok let's remove the insurance I said she came back with well it will be $195 for this one box a $2 difference. My son and I looked at each other without saying words but flabbergasted at this insanity. Clearly I was buying it. She then threw out that well did you calculate taxes too? I was shocked. My response again was yes I used your online calculator which asked for all details including origination and destination calculating taxes. Also let's assume it did not add taxes online by some weird reason are you saying taxes are almost 90%? Her response to that one was well this is the UPS Store we are a franchise, we are a family owned local business and we are different from UPS. That one shocked me the most. I was like I used your website, your shipping calculator, I even called UPS directly to confirm a few things. Why prey on people with the UPS store only to cheat and lie to rip customers off. At this point I was gutted and knackered from these scammers and it was getting late on a Saturday. So I decided to collect all 4 boxes and head somewhere else. Ended up going to FedEx which mind you was the second highest option when I priced this out online for all major carriers using all their shipping calculators online only second to UPSP which was vastly expensive, but I digress. Shockingly, when I got to FedEx they were close to spot on, with their online quotes. All 4 boxes with a total weight of 182 pounds about 44 pounds on average for each box came to a total of $586 shipped from Minnesota to Las Vegas using ground arriving in 6 days. FedEx's online quote was about $125 per box so pretty close to estimation. Mind you when I quoted all 3 carriers - UPS, FedEx and USPS online there was roughly a $25 difference per box going from cheapest to highest with USPS almost doubling that online. Long story short this UPS Store is scamming customers and is extremely predatory. I have been a UPS Choice for a long time and I frequently pay for their yearly choice $19.99 package but I am very disappointed in this store and UPS should take notice. Because even though this store is clearly scamming customers they are also using the UPS name to lure customers in for the slaughter and scam. Or maybe this is a UPS practice and they condone these types of scams and predatory acts by their so called franchisees. To think that many customers go there, have gone there, get scammed and are none the wiser. They get a Big O Zero from me. UPS if you are reading this take note. Customers are not idiots not do we like to be scammed.

I have been in here multiples times, smiling and…read moreasking how their days are going understanding this probably isn't the best job but I recently had to pick up a package here that wasn't left at my home (driver didn't ring the doorbell so I missed it) it was re-routed here which I had to pay for them holding it for a few hours. This store infuriates me to no end and i would encourage you all to go elsewhere for printing and shipping needs.

    This Saturday, February 21st, I had a package delivered to my parcel box. When I tried using the…read morekey, it wouldn't open the box. I tried multiple times over the weekend, hoping that I'd be able to get it to open, but it didn't work. On Monday, I called and asked if someone could get it open, to that, they said they'd be able to assist me, and I thought my issues were resolved. They were not. I called multiple times again on Tuesday to get the box open, no help from the mail carrier, but I was told on the phone that someone would come over personally and help open the box. I gave the person my cell phone number and my address. No one bother to came by and help. I then called again Wednesday morning. They said that the mail carrier will be able to take my package out of my box and then leave it on my front door. When I return home from work (around 3PM), there is no package on my front step, the box still does not have a key, but the key to open the locker has been removed. I called multiple times to get some help with this and they told me that they delivered the package at 11:30. Their response to this situation is to tell me because the package on my front door is missing that someone stole it. In this neighborhood, there are multiple other homes with packages on their doorsteps and none appear to be missing. I also have never had anyone steal packages before, nor have I heard anything from my neighbors. The parcel box seems to still be locked with no key in sight (assuming no other package has been put in there), I can assure you that no one is stealing my package in my community. The lack of customer service, lack of accountability, the continuous empty promises and lack of reliability with this USPS location and the leadership running this shit show needs some serious attention. Every time I go in person to this branch, people working the counter are extremely rude. There is no redeeming quality about this place.

There are two rows of boxes to ease traffic, which there is a lot of at this office. Exiting is easier then getting in, but that's all Bloomington regulations so we won't blame the USPS.
