He didn't have to do that but either way I was appreciative. I wanted the mounted poster photo they offered but it would take one day and since I didn't have that I just got them to print out a print for me. Other customers seemed to have been assisted thoroughly by the employees. Maybe it wasn't that busy and that's why we got extra special attention, but either way it was very nice of them.

He has 0 problem solving skills and -10 customer service skills. Ill pay my shipping costs with DHL or UPS (just down the street) just to avoid this location. Unfortunately, the store did not carry the product I was looking for. Rather than simply telling me that they didn't have it, she took the time to use her phone to search for the item until she found exactly what I was looking for. I had left my phone in the car, so I couldn't take a screenshot of the information she found. Without hesitation, she offered to return to her desk and write down all of the details for me so I could locate and purchase the product when I got home. That simple gesture meant so much to me. She certainly did not have to go to that extra effort, yet she did--and she did it with such genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism. Antoinise truly epitomized excellent customer service. I needed to run an errand that required me to visit this location on Tuckahoe Rd, so I took a deep breath and off I went. In terms of organization, this Staples is one of the better ones I've been to - it's well stocked and the aisles are clean. For one of my first visits I went for some office supplies and I was in and out. For my second visit, I utilized them as a location to complete my TSA Pre-Check application; even though there was a little bit of a wait, they were very friendly and the whole process was very efficient. With ample parking and a convenient location right off the Sprain, this is definitely a location I would return to despite not being in my backyard.

If they aren't able to do a job they let me know right away (it's usually turnaround time with my crazy rush projects). I love the cordialness and jokes from these Gents. They are also very knowledgeable with the Apps for the jobs I send, if there is a mistake Sir Patrick has no issue opening my file and fixing it (but I rarely have this issue). I will keep coming here to get my projects printed. My only issue is they don't open on Saturdays...but...they need REST too, so I won't complain at all. Thank you guys!

This printer is remarkably unprofessional…read more I placed a series of orders with them for a corporate branding job. The paper and printing was not consistent between jobs. The owner even acknowledged that the jobs didn't match, but he didn't offer to redo any of the work (hard to believe but true). It's clear they do not keep detailed records/samples of previous orders to ensure consistency (also hard to believe but true). Quite conveniently, their invoices don't provide any details of the printing, including paper stock, etc., so you have no idea what you really ordered. If you are looking for a printer to do a one-off job and are desperate, they're adequate. If you are looking for a professional printer who respects their customers and cares about consistency for multiple, related jobs, look elsewhere. I hate to give anyone a one-star rating but they really deserve it. In the meantime, I found a great mom and pop printer in White Plains who is fabulous and really cares about their customers.

Very professional and efficient service…read more I went there for passport photo. The lady took about 10 shots and carefully selected the best one to print. She was very careful to make sure all the measurements and details were correct. In addition to 4 printouts, I also asked for digital print which was emailed to me immediately. The background and lighting was excellent, unlike that of local drugstores. The process took about 20 minutes from start to finish, as the store seems to be short-staffed at certain hours.

I called in advance to make sure they could send digital copies through email and the size requirements are different from us passports. When we got in the store, I showed him the pictures requirements again to which he said don't worry, we know it. He promised to send the digital copy the second day and I could pick up the hardcopy whenever they are ready. Second day at 4pm, I called the store, and they told me they needed to retake the pictures because my daughter's mouth is open to which I said it is ok. I would use it, and if it is rejected, I would have it retaken. To which he replied he would send the pictures later that day. I called twice again later that day, the owner said he was sending the pictures but I never received them. Third day at 9am, the owner called and said the person who was supposed to work on the pictures just quit, and he would make sure to have the picture sent on day 4 by 920am. Day 4 at 10am someone from the store called, and said I needed to go in to have the picture retaken. Or if I want a refund, I need to go in to collect the money (40m return). No electronic payment. If you want dramma and lies and no picture, I would definitely recommend this store!!!! Otherwise avoid at all cost!!!!!!
