On 3/24/26 I paid $90 to ship OVERNIGHT delivery on 3/25 and the package has still not arrived and it is March 28th. The website says it will be delivered on March 30th. Do not use this store if you want overnight service. The help from UPS was horrendous trying to locate the package and they still cannot tell me where the package is! read more

DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGES TO ARRIVE!! This sign is a lie. I have been shipping packages for my business for 17 years and I have never experienced worst customer service. The people who work here are actually lovely, but the owner is horrific! I brought in several packages to ship out. Two packages had labels attached, one I brought in to have boxed up and attached on site. I put the label with the box, was given a receipt. The packages that were all complete arrived over a week after their guaranteed shipping date. The box with the label I paid $52 for that needed to be taped and label applied was shipped without a label and lost. They never applied a label. They put my $52 label on someone's Amazon return and sent it to my business partner. When My business partner told me she received someone's bra instead of her box, I called this location. They told me to call ups and there was nothing they could do. UPS said I had to deal with the store that messed up the shipment. They ping ponged me back and forth and finally Juandera who works there worked to help me try to locate the package and get it resolved. We never found it. (It only got returned to me in Manhattan because I had left my old address on the box, but it never had a label). I was told several times that a refund would be provided, and the shipment would be covered to ship the box to the correct location. Wrong. I asked for a label to ship from Manhattan so I didn't have to drag a 50 Lb box back to Scarsdale. I was told no. No refund or cost covered for shipment unless I came in to the store, which makes no sense. I drove half an hour to get here and asked for my refund and was told no. Not unless I ship it again with them! Why would I give them more items to ship when they screwed the others up? And, why am I being penalized for their mistakes??? I get people make mistakes, but why am I covering the cost and not the owner of the business. I have now spent two half days sitting in the store with no resolution and someone else had their Amazon return get lost without any answers. I had the worst experience yesterday with a very disgruntled employee name Ronnie. I go to this UPS store on a weekly basis. I usually deal with Jose who is warm, friendly, nice confident and always super helpful. I have a back problem from just having given birth so I placed my boxes on the counter were no worker was at the time. Ronnie came over a few customers later not sure what he was doing when there was a long line accumulating, but came over and asked whose boxes these were. I said those are mine because I had been at the back of the queue. all I did was put my boxes down. I did not jump the queue . Ronnie did not like that at all, and he asked for me to put them on the floor to which I said well, there's plenty of space I can just put them to the side. I guess he didn't like a woman challenging his authority because that is when he erupted into a rage. Mind you There is still plenty of room for boxes everywhere. Then Ronnie proceeded to take my boxes and slam them to the floor. After me telling him that I had a back problem and that's why placed them there in the first place. All while being very rude and aggressive, nasty challenging and borderline scary. I bet you if I wasn't a woman he would not fell so empowered to talk to me this way. He would not talk to my husband that way. I don't know if it was a sexist thing or he's just nasty and aggressive to every single person but I've never been treated like that in my life.I challenged him back because I wasn't gonna allow him to talk to me the way that he did. Like I said when i put the boxes down there was no one around plenty of space. He came over like chief box auditor with a nasty attitude. I'm happy for anybody to review the tapes and see if his actions were acceptable because the bottom line is, I had a back problem and put a box on the counter, and that led to him erupting in a rage. if he didn't like that, he should've never approached me with an attitude. Has he NICELY said anything about the boxes I would have complied. Instead he got nasty with me which promoted me to get nasty back. read more

Brought a glass item to be packed and shipped at the UPS store. They had no idea how to pack it. It arrived at the recipient broken. The store's response was. "It's not our problem. Take it up with UPS." Well, we paid them to pack it, not UPS but the owner refused to take responsibility for it and I'm out the $50.00. I paid them, not to mention the cost of the broken item. Go across the street to Fed-Ex. I never had a problem with them. read more

Store stated that I wanted a free box for an Amazon return. Amazon states that no box is necessary for returns. I saw a review when searching that another customer was told to buy a box as well. It's a scam they have going apparently. Staff was not nice and the owner was the one who was accusatory. There's a better UPS further south next to Hmart. read more
