They exceed your expectations, professional courteous and most of all very patient with my needs. The graphics designers Pamela and Hector ufffff what can I say about them, they are just simply the best. I am very adamant about the things I want and need and sometimes put them under pressure, but they remain very professional. The owner Franklin and his son Hector are just amazing. They became part of my family not only in the business aspect but also in the personal. The secretary Francesca is simply the most amazing person to speak to on the phone great personality and always smiling on our calls. A few months ago, I moved to Florida and always remember when I need something no matter where I am located, I always call Lino Press. My recent job was an order for business cards I wanted to step up the doctor with a new professional business card, I must say they went above and beyond, this time they went beyond of what I was expecting thumbs up again TEAM LINOPRESS for this excellent work. Can't wait for the doctor to return back from vacation to see her new cards. I recommend Lino Press for all of your graphic design work, Posters, Banner, Flyers, Business Cards Etc.......

NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! I NOW HAVE TO SUE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!…read more I placed a order for business T-Shirts, Business Cards, Lap Top Cover, and product labels to print. I sat in the office with the owner for four (4) hours being patient and placing my order on Thursday, 1/31/2019. I was very clear I needed my entire order ready for pick up on Wednesday, 2/6/2019.I was very clear on the fact that IF he could not print my labels, I would NOT add to my order, but IF he could have my labels printed by the requested day, I'd ADD more items to my order, he AGREED. I PAID HIM IN FULL. NOW he decides on my day to pick up (Wednesday) that he will only have my T-Shirts and they would not be ready until FRIDAY! I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE AND IS NOW SUING THIS COMPANY for my full REFUND which the OWNER refuses to return to me along with zero communication in regards to my labels and complete order. The owner was rude, disrespectful, incompetence, and unorganized because he kept losing the details of the information I provided for him. The owner had the nerve to insult "ME" a customer who walked into his business, waited around taking four hours to take my order, and PAID HIM CASH IN FULL!!!!
