In terms of organization, this Staples is one of the better ones I've been to - it's well stocked and the aisles are clean. For one of my first visits I went for some office supplies and I was in and out. For my second visit, I utilized them as a location to complete my TSA Pre-Check application; even though there was a little bit of a wait, they were very friendly and the whole process was very efficient. With ample parking and a convenient location right off the Sprain, this is definitely a location I would return to despite not being in my backyard.

Letterbox in Mount Vernon is inconsistent and often not open during scheduled hours. One UPS store in New Rochelle always has lines out the door. Another UPS store in New Rochelle would only pack my items in bags, even large stacks of books and magazines. Not cool. Also, traffic in New Rochelle is ALWAYS a nightmare. I was SO pleasantly surprised by the UPS on Bronx River Road in Yonkers. It was just a little over a mile from my workplace, it only took a few minutes to get there. No lines. Plenty of supplies available for purchase. The two guys working the counter were super nice and friendly. No lines at all, even three days before Christmas! As far as value, UPS store is always gonna be a little more expensive than regular UPS or the post office. I shipped two packages, each with just some small books and notebooks and it was 15 bucks each. But worth it for the convenience. My only gripe about this is experience is the parking at the shopping center. The spaces are super tight and tiny, to the point you can barely get out of your car.

I came here to drop off a couple of things with my grandma. We were unsure of whether to drop by or…read morenot because the voicemail that provides the business's hours of operation aren't consistent with when they are actually open. I think that this is a flaw in the system, especially for my grandma who has a hard time moving all of the things that she needs back and forth without assistance. Fortunately, they were open, and we were able to drop off all of the things we needed to successfully. Overall it was quick and easy, which I appreciated, but I think the hours need to be straightened out.
