I have been using this company since 2011 they were the 1st company I was introduced to when I started my music career, then hired them to do work for me for several doctors' offices. They exceed your expectations, professional courteous and most of all very patient with my needs. The graphics designers Pamela and Hector ufffff what can I say about them, they are just simply the best. I am very adamant about the things I want and need and sometimes put them under pressure, but they remain very professional. The owner Franklin and his son Hector are just amazing. They became part of my family not only in the business aspect but also in the personal. The secretary Francesca is simply the most amazing person to speak to on the phone great personality and always smiling on our calls. A few months ago, I moved to Florida and always remember when I need something no matter where I am located, I always call Lino Press. I knew not to go, I knew it. I've dealt with them on behalf of my clients and it was like I entered the bizarro world. But today I had my own very simple job and figured let me patronize a local business. I brought my original in to be copies at 11 am. The woman I was sitting with didn't take any notes on what I needed (a red cover and binding on the side). She didn't inspire confidence. Nevertheless she said it would take 2 hours and cost $50. Sure, no problem I said, I just need to be sure that it's done TODAY. The said they'd call. She called me about 2 pm and asked if I needed it bound and how. I knew she wouldn't remember anything. I told her, just simple binding on the side, as we discussed. Oh she said, that will be $75. I asked why more money, and she put me on the phone with some guy. He said never mind, they will do it, $50 and I said ok. I said when can I expect it to be ready and he said in an hour, they will call. I said fine. I called at 4 and asked if it was ready, they said no and they would call. It's now 6:05 pm, no call, not ready, nothing. I'm going to have to run over there just before they close (if I'm lucky). They're nice, but they are just the absolute worst. Honestly, they should feel embarrassed for what they do (let's see if the job is done correctly). read more

By far the worst printing place ever! After inquiring a few days earlier, I finally came in on a Thursday, requesting only one printing t-shirt and provided a mock up of a design on a womens V-neck. I was told yes it was possible and will be ready the next day. The next day I was told it wasnt ready and it will be ready by 6pm and they will call me to pick it up. By 9pm I heard nothing. Finally 2 days later I pick up my t-shirt. With the wrong design, on a mens crew neck white dingy tshirt! The woman responded that my simple two text on a pocket couldn't be done and my design wouldn't have been appealing to the eye??? There were so many things wrong with the entire transaction, from the beginning to the end. I was clearly unhappy with my purchase and could only be offered a credit! Why would I want a credit at a place with such sucky service. Do not waste your time and money here. read more

I wish I could give them one star. I went in on a Saturday morning and asked if they could print three items for me (large oversized images of people's faces to hold up during the NYC marathon). They said they could and would have it ready in an hour. 1.5 hours later I called and it wasn't done. They took my number and said they'd call. Few hours go by and now it's 4. I go to the store and ask when they close. 5. By this time I have to go down town and they say they will have the items printed and will leave it at the Chinese restaurant next door. When I returned around 7:30 the print shop was closed and neither restaurant on either side had anything for me. They screwed me over hard. I couldn't believe how bad of service they provided. read more

This company left a postcard on the windshield of my parked car in my Washington Heights neighborhood. When I went to move my car, I attempted to remove the postcard and it had melted on to my windshield, leaving a full color imprint of the back side of the postcard. It is proving to be very difficult to remove and proves that this company must be use very low quality printing tools and paper. I am furious and am confident I am not the only resident who has "lino press" printed on their windshield. read more
