Never open on time. Update your hours to later or replace your opening shift staff. If I had a dollar for every time I come at 9 am and it's closed I'd be rich. (Photo taken at 9:20 am). Update: Employee strolled in at 9:32 am. No apology and said that "the person who was supposed to be there didn't show up so he was called". Please do better. This is an important facility in the community. Have two opening staff so this location actually opens when stated as this happens frequently. read more

I normally have good experiences here. Not this time. Is it the employees responsibility to turn on the computer and printer for customers to use in the self service section??? When I asked for help, without even looking at the computer I was told to go to another location. She said "oh I don't know". I didn't have the time to walk 10+ blocks in the rain so I starting trouble shooting it myself. The young lady got upset when I was opening and poking the printer to see what the problem was. She then came to see if it was connected. The printer was backed up with other prints that never were able to print. THEN she said "la gente se pasa"!!!!!! Is that not your job??????? Is the printing center not part of the services you provide???? Awful employee. I gave two stars only to account for the other positive experiences. read more

I made sure to call before visiting this location as I know some business have changed their hours due to COVID-19 and was told this location closes at 5:30pm, despite it saying 6:00pm on their website. Fine, no problem. I rush there after work and arrive at 5:20 to find the location closed, locked, gate down, lights off! Unprofessional and frustrating. I really hate leaving a terrible review for a small business, you really have to screw up for me to do it. I went into this location about a week ago to just drop off a package. There is a mask mandate in the city as well as a social distancing mandate and they just don't have it together to deal with it or seem to give a damn. After a really long wait to drop off a package I went into the store to find two young women sitting side by side behind the counter without masks. The only way to drop off packages is at the counter with these girls without masks so no social distancing, no masks, etc. So the girls were sitting within two feet of one another without masks and about three feet between me and them behind the counter - again no masks. When I was leaving I asked them why they weren't wearing their masks and their response was that they were uncomfortable which is just selfish AF. After that, they told me they didn't need to drop my package with UPS which sent my blood boiling. I wrote an email to the store and surprise surprise, haven't heard back. If you care about your health or doing business with other businesses that care about not making you sick take a pass on this UPS store. read more

I left a package at the 4080 Broadway store five days ago. The two young people at the counter were playing videos on their phones and were unfriendly and indifferent. According to UPS tracking, my package has still not left the store. It's impossible to reach them by phone -- callers get a "mailbox full" message. I guess I have to go back there on foot (it's half a mile away) and find out what happened. Rotten store. read more

Since quarantine packages at my apartment building were constantly stolen so I decided to open a po box at this UPS store. Moe the UPS WORKER helped me get a po box and just recently helped me renew my box. I have no bad experiences within the last 7 months of customer and im glad they are open Saturdays again. They constantly have new ppl working at this location but atleast Moe is a Familar face and if i have issues i know he will help. Definitely recommend this location, just have patience when you go..because of Covid they only allow one person at a time in the store for safety reasons. read more

I understand it's stressful times with all that's going on but there's no need to be rude to one another especially since this is clearly a new place of business for them. I never ship with UPS so I don't know their protocol. What I do know is that when someone is decent and polite (me the customer) it takes nothing to reciprocate that energy. The dirty dingy manager and his female employee with the hair fans for eye lashes were super short and rude about answering every question I asked. I rather go to the post office and deal with their rude attitudes. At least they are 6 feet away from each other, have a glass between the customer and wear mask to protect themselves unlike these two intellects sitting side by side, elbow to elbow, breathing in each other's air. This UPS store is great!! These ladies work very hard to assist all of the customers. I don't understand why people are so pressed. Everything can't always be 100% perfect all the time. But it's the effort that really counts. I never had an issue with my packages or shipment. These ladies and gents are amazing and have always treated me with respect, a smile and compassion! I have witnessed really nasty customers who are demanding and never satisfied. Either it's the prices or people waiting in front of them. I have no issues!! I dropped off my Tv here to get shipped to my new home in Tampa, Florida and when I got my tv a week later it was completely shattered and destroyed and I'm still unable to get through to anyone in the store. This store is a S!$* show. About a month ago, I dropped off a package that was to be overnighted with Saturday delivery. It was early afternoon on Friday and I was assured it would be picked up that same day. Fast forward Saturday, the recipient hadn't received the package. I checked the tracking history, package was not given to the driver. It wasn't until the following week that the driver was given the package. Today, I stopped by to drop off some amazon returns for which I had QR codes (so they could print labels there). When it was my turn, I was told they couldn't print the labels because the internet was down at all UPS stores. Meanwhile, the customer before me was using the computer and I know this because he complained about being charged for using the computer for 2 minutes + printouts. I felt bad for the employees. Anyway, this place is to be avoided at all costs. It's the worst! I miss the UPS store on 181st and Fort Washington. They took customer services and your packages seriously. I feel sad leaving a negative feedback on this page due to the fact, that prior to the Covid-19 it was perfectly managed store by manager Mo. However it's currently managed very poorly by two ladies who're sitting there eating McDonalds right in front of you with blasting music. On top of that, their attitude towards customers is arrogant and unfriendly. And, obviously, they both sit there without a face mask, even though it is mandatory by NY State law. I concur with previous review, on top of that I would like to add, that I have been missing a lot of regular mail for the last 4 weeks, which is bizarre, considering the fact that I've been residing in the area and the mail had been delivered perfectly or almost perfectly on time. On top of that, ladies assure me that they don't receive any packages, even though the USPS tracking information states the opposite. I'm considering transferring this issue into the litigation and to all further readers and potential customers - I would highly reconsider to trust your business to this store in a current situation unless something is been done. read more
