Some pretentious individual who owns the store and does the notary refused to do it because I was speaking to my childs school on the phone. I even told him I was speaking to the school and I had everything out for him. Just sign. He refused...as he took his labradoodle and went home. Clearly he does not have a wife and children that love him. Go home to your dog. Just rude. His staff recommended I complain on Google because there was nothing they could do. The UPS Store in New Rochelle on North Avenue is a wonderful store conveniently located off of the Hutchinson River Parkway. They provide great customer service and are indispensable as essentially my notary, printing, shipping, and occasionally large object pack and shipping staff. I have been a remote work employee since 2015, and this store is really like what would be my co-workers if I was working at the home office. read more

Not sure what the first reviewer is talking about. I mail packages from here all the time. The staff is extremely professional, efficient, and knowledgeable about UPS shipping services. The only issue might be the small parking lot in the front (the one facing North Ave). They also have a back entrance with a much larger parking lot that it shares with the A&P Supermarket. read more

This is probably the worse UPS store I have ever been to. Im a new business in the area and frequent them every two weeks to print paperwork for my business. If you are a person of color you will be overlooked and ignored. What is most shocking is knowing that they are a franchise, you would assume they would be welcoming to everyone coming into their business. Not the first time! Dropped off packages and every time they are not shipped/placed on vehicle. Upon calling them, just being told that eventually they will arrive and will be scanned at the destination; they never do. And tracking them show only that the label is created. Horrible. read more

Awful. I'd give them zero stars if I could. As other reviewers have mentioned, they are miserly, rude, and money hungry. They balk if a receipt needs to be printed and try to get out of it any way possible (telling you that you can "track it online"). Given their reluctance to give people boxes that are supposed to be free and to try and sell slivers of tape in order to make a few extras pennies, I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them without proof I dropped off a package! Save yourself the grief and go to any other UPS location as you will probably get better service than here. Hope they go out of business soon! read more

horrible customer service one nasty lady ringing up customers while one man stands around watching. I had the label printed it just needed to be to taped to the box she told me I had to buy the tape. I told her absolutely not the ups store on main street in new Rochelle go above and beyond with exceptional customer service I mail packages almost every week and was never told I had to buy tape I will never go in there again!!! read more

Avoid this location. I went in and the "owners" wouldn't provide me with boxes because they are too expensive?! Strange, no other UPS store seems to have this issue considering your business revolves around boxes (and customers which UPS seems to be losing at this branch). When I questioned this since I've never encountered such an issue at an UPS store, Sunny and Jay, the "owners", started raising their voices at me. When I called corporate to report this, they thought it was ridiculous too. Customer service doesn't exist here. Don't even bother wasting your time with this location when there's so many others in the area. read more

I am extremely disappointed in the way they conduct business. From a location and convenience perspective it is great BUT they're very unreasonable and frankly dishonest with their conduct. I went in to drop off a package that was already paid for by the sender in the SAME PACKAGING that it was delivered in BY UPS. For some reason they had an issue with the box and wanted to sell me a roll of tape for $5.00 to cover up an area that the cardboard box maker had printing marks. I told them no but then told me to pay them $0.60 got 4 inches worth of tape to cover it up. Also, when you ask for a receipt for dropping off your package the lady usually acts as if she's unwilling to print it. Don't leave your package without having receipt there. Next you'll have ave an issue with your items being delivered without tracking or proof. read more

While the service was fine, apparently UPS condones the practice of charging nearly twice as much in the cost per $100 for insurance for packages at former MBE locations. UPS' website indicates $6,000 of insurance would cost $54.00 and I was charged $88.05! These are independent franchisees which I know have to make a profit, but what is the use of having misleading prices on a website only to be shocked when you go to the nearest location, as found on the UPS website. Beware, go to an UPS owned location if you need these "Service Options" or you could be in for a huge disappointment when you pay the bill. Totally unacceptable. read more

Terrible experience. I sent a piece of artwork for slight repair back to artist/gallery who had provided me with full shipping instructions which I provided to the UPS store. They assured me they pack professionally and the total cost to ship was $180 (which felt very high to me but I was told included full insurance). When the piece arrived, the frame was damaged (the gallery photographs all boxes and contents on receiving and opening packages) and sent 6-7 photos to me (which I shared back to UPS store) and the damage on the corners of the frame was very clear. The UPS store lady (and then the man - I assume they are owners ?) were by turns evasive (trying to place the blame with everyone else but themselves), and rude even though I remained polite throughout. It has been many weeks now since I filed a claim but the gallery has been very understanding of what has happened and will fix the damage to the frame for a small amount ($90) but I doubt whether I will get any of that back from UPS or the store. read more
