FedEx Office Print & Ship Center - The extremely time-consuming and unprofessional add-on that I had to draw and write out for all 10 posters.

That's why this location feels like the alternate universe version where time moves a little differently. The staff is courteous and clearly working hard, but the branch seems overwhelmed by the neighborhood traffic. There are usually only two, sometimes three employees, and once four or five customers walk in, the line basically becomes part of the entrance décor. You get about 6 to 8 feet of standing room before you are suddenly at the counter whether you are ready or not. The space itself is nice and open, but the workflow could use reinforcements. More hands or better coordination would go a long way. Compared to other FedEx and Kinko's locations that run like a well oiled machine, this one feels stretched thin most days. I am still glad it is here and open consistently. Just budget a little extra time and patience when you visit.

On my QR code return it clearly states no box or label needed. She insisted I needed to pay for a box. I said no I'll bring my own. Packed it came back she said you can't use that box ! Are you kidding me! So I left ! I'll just go to another fed ex. I've never had a problem with UPS, I don't know why I chose FedEx. Never using Fed Ex again and for the love of god remove Tee from working at any of your locations that is required in having human interactions ! It's not something she's even remotely good at. Karma will come around & treat Tee with poor customer service as she did me today. Avoid this location

I will say that the folks at The Village Copier are really fast. In the times that I used them, the…read moreturn around has been 1-2 days. Also, they are reasonably priced. For the most part, customers service is OK. If you know exactly what you want, then it's excellent. However, if you need a little more assistance then a couple members of the staff can be a bit cold. Don't get me wrong, they will help you out, but you can feel as if you are getting on their nerves (or you are mentally incapacitated) when you ask a lot of questions. Since (I'm assuming), that most of the clients are from Columbia and probably printing program books, posters, and fliers, it might useful for Village Copier to have standard templates. I think that would make life simpler for the customers and the staff.

But their self righteous attitude when I was not satisfied with results still bothers me. So I'll keep my review as a record and for your reference, if you are considering using village copier amsterdam. ------------ I printed my work sample the day before my job interview. The printed color was very off and redly toned. I complained. They said, laser printing was always right, so your file must be wrong. I asked them to reprint for double check. They said, you have to pay for it. I said, what if it's your problem. They said, no, the laser machine is too good to be failed. They won by claiming absolute rightness and charging me before they started to print. I left with anxiety about the coming interview, discomfort infilled by humid air, and anguish by my inability to fight back. Just leave a reminder here: Their level of professional service is a lie. They are always right about why the print looks different from what you have imagined. They may assume they have the best flawless machine in the world. Stay away from village copier amsterdam please. If you have to use village copier, do remember to pay for the job after you have seen the satisfying prints. Otherwise, you are left with no weapon and destined to loss.

After reviewing previous reviews, this Staples location is exactly how described which prepared me to be in and out. I entered going to the lower level where the retail items are located. No comment for the shipping/ printing services as I did not utilized and have no immediate need. Customer service is attentive, efficient and welcoming as the cashier/server made many effort attempts to "price match" my printer ink cartridge attaining a lower possible price. I was prepared with my Staples loyalty rewards card and earned 67 points with this visited purchase. I purchased the combined black ink / color ink, ergo the price is exorbitant high. I have always suffered PSTD from the exorbitant high prices of printer ink cartridges experience the precipitous path years of financial incline. He suggested to return emptied/ used cartridges for recycling as a sustainable world which I admitted I "chuck" to discard such items for the inability to travel to the nearest Staples. This Staples location store # 1117 sits 105 West 125th Street at Malcolm X Boulevard in Harlem, Manhattan, NYC. It is accessible nearest via MTA NYC Transit subways 2, 3 at 125th Street station Malcolm X Boulevard or A, C subways at 125th Street station, Manhattan Avenue with a reasonable manageable walking distance.

On those rare occasions when shopping there, (i.e., for a new laser printer/scanner a few years back,) the staff downstairs appeared less knowledgable and more useful to just ring you up or handle a return. Perhaps dominance of customers ordering and better deals online has reduced the need for greater knowledge on this Staples floor beyond being able to direct you to the appropriate aisle. Plus, there is a wealth of guidance/reviews about their products on the web. That being said, it's important to have a Staples like this relatively close by when an urgent need arrives for an office good like they stock.
