If you're going here to print be aware that there is an undisclosed computer rental fee. I printed 6 pages and was charged $10.26 for 6 pages when I look at the receipt there is a $6.50 computer rental charge. I didn't even touch their computer very misleading will never go there again. read more

This place used to be good but I had two packages here that suspiciously disappeared after I dropped it off. One was a Coach purse that I double wrapped inside a jiffy bag for cheaper shipping, but this was a mistake (someone here probably felt it, realized it was a bag, and stole it!). I suspect this because it showed no movement in tracking after I had it scanned. This happened 4 years ago and after that all my other packages were delivered without issues but now it's sketchy again. I dropped off one package here three weeks ago and tracking says it got "lost" in transit. All my other Fedex packages that I dropped off elsewhere around the same time made it to their destination with no problems. Nope. Not using this place to drop off packages anymore. read more

Horrible experience! I was in a rush double parked to get some where very important. I came into this establishment as the second person on line. I was shown a card to email my documents for print, which took about 5-10 seconds to email them. The guy that was suppose to be helping me (David I believe... he has glasses on) then proceeded to take someone behind me who needed to fax & not wait as if I wasn't standing in the line already for 10 mins for 1 person. The fax was all wrong, he kept having to do it over which led me to have to wait more smh... I told him I was first and that he should've waited, dude caught a lil tude'. I'm the customer that was skipped and had to wait EXTRA even though I was first. I will never in life come here again.... It's too hectic and very unorganized. Please save your money and mental stress, go to staples or somewhere with common decency and respect. read more

I've dropped off packages here twice that have mysteriously gone missing each time. when asked for information regarding the said packages I've been told that they were being more than nice by Erin Aruz for helping me out for THEM loosing the package. I always go here for simple shipping needs. However, one particular day I came here after having a horrible experience at the post office and I was greeted by a worker named Alexis. (hope that's her name) I started explaining my situations to her in pure frustration. She was so calm and understanding and provided me with different solutions to fix the situation. On Monday 10/30/17 I had service that exceeded my expectations. I went originally to have a large pile of papers faxed. The pile of papers to be faxed quickly came to a price I was not expecting at all. Juan asked if I could contact the receiving end and ask if the papers could be scanned and emailed instead. So I asked and the receiver said yes! Juan saved me a pretty penny and was efficient and very helpful. I went to this place to pack and ship a package for Indiana on Monday It was a large banner and they didn't have a tube so the manager folded it and packed it in a box. Then he told me it would cost over $80 for Friday arrival and over $200 for priority service. I went across the street to the post office and was able to ship it for $15 priority mail. The Manager told me that the post office would not be able to ship due to the size. This guy tried to mislead me to pay more but I'm glad I decided to leave. Not worth going to this place. read more

I came into Postnet yesterday to have a photo printed for my graduation cap. When I first came in the customer service rep was helping a family but made sure to direct his attention to me. I was a bit flustered when I first came in because I had already gone to 7 stores that could not print out the picture. As the rep helped the family he came over to ask what exactly he could help me with. When I asked if he could print a photo for my graduation cap he was more than delighted. The first photo came out a little darker than the original to which I said was fine but Lyndon (customer service rep) assured me that he could make it perfect. Lyndon printed a second copy, cut the photo perfectly and laminated the photo so that it would have a glossy shine on my cap. Did I mention he did all of this being the only person working the floor, while helping other customers! Did I also mention I had no idea it was even possible to do all of that to a photo until he mentioned it ! I was not only excited that he exceeded my expectations but that he also went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! He did it all with a smile on his face. I live in Manhattan but whenever I need anything again regarding printing I will make the trip back here! Before you run to a staples or fed ex I recommend you give Postnet a try. Front desk girl was very nice so this is not about her. Came here to print docs I saw there is a $5 computer rental fee for 15 minutes plus b/w copies are 33 c. I asked her can i just email you the documents she said sure but there is still 5 dollar fee because they have to use the computer. Excuse me?! That makes no sense. Basically if you need to print anything documents they adding 5 bucks to it. Thats crazy and honestly makes no sense. Please stop taking advantage of the people in the area. As a premium customer, I regret signing up for their custom mailbox service. The first day when I signed up, I was treated very nicely with the staff. They explained to me all of the benefits of having your packages delivered to your custom box at their store, instead of seeing UPS slips and USPS cards about missed deliveries. Nice convenience, but apparently if your item is considered "oversized" by their unwelcoming staff, they will call you and threaten to bill you $5 a day! I was never told the exact dimensions of oversized, but apparently this particular PostNet runs on unwritten rules. I already paid my $200 for the yearly membership, and they want to charge me an extra $5 a day? No thanks, I will not be renewing my service with a business that has the rudest staff on the planet! I don't even know how many stars to give this place because I am torn. When I walked in the guy that helped me right away was very friendly, personable and helpful. I went in here to print some documents from the Internet as well as from my flash drive and get a few documents copied. As I was printing some documents from the computer that he suggested I use he walked away. I'm not sure where he went but I was having trouble with printing something from on line so I looked around for someone to help for a good 2 minutes. Finally I asked the girl who was in there for help. I asked where I could print from my flash drive and she rudely replied " right there that same computer you were using" So I said "OK where is the hard drive to plug it in, I'm sorry but I've never been in here" so she huffs over and points to somewhere behind the monitor saying "it's right here" so i replied thank you and I printed my document. I was hoping the other guy came back by this point but he hadn't. It was time for me to pay for my services and the same girl had to service me, so she grabs my documents from the printer. I asked her "are the copies the same prices as the pages that I printed?' She says "no our prices IS on the wall back there" I didn't even look at the wall. I wanted to say "bitch it's not IS on the wall. Instead I gave her attitude back (which I don't normally do I usually kill them with kindness, but to hell with that she was very rude) I said " well the other guy made a few copies and I printed a few pages" so she says " well which ones are copies and which ones did you print" so i showed her and she continued to ring me up. She took my payment and never said thank you or anything. My feelings are if you don't want to be at work then don't go to work. Or perhaps PostNet needs to train their employees to have better Customer Service skills. It's not nice to be rude to your patrons. I guess I'll give it three stars for the convenience of their service and at least the first guy who helped me was very nice. read more

terrible! i was supposed to get my package with my paintings in it today and these people at this location mailed me a television instead and have no idea who was supposed to get the tv and they need to find out because whoever was supposed to get the tv must have got my art!!!! this screwed me up completely! the woman the sent my art paid good money to have it wrapped safely and sent to me in time for an exhibit~! now this!!! how stupid and careless can anyone be!!!! never use these people! they do not care about your stuff!!!!!! read more
