AVOID AT ALL COSTS - THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK…read more We shipped an antique clock - that survived 2 bombings by the Nazis in WW2 - that the UPS team, wrapped and packed so we could have insurance. It was shipped to the US - who after a few months - agreed that it was packed poorly - casing the clock to be damaged in shipping - but it was not their (UPS Global's) issue - so back to Daisy at store 138 - who simply said - can't find your records - and then stopped communicating. SO we paid for packing - shipping and insurance - and got a damaged antique clock and no help with claiming insurance. Just basic fraud on all fronts at UPS - will have to see if UPS Canada can help. What the store said....they could not even tell me how to collect a claim on the insurance we bought... I'm sorry reply you so late. And sorry again that we can do nothing about this package. Hope you everything well. Best regards, Daisy So my advise - DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE TO SHIP ANYTHING OF VALUE - they say they cannot find records of my shipment - but I have their email and customs forms - UPS USA and Canada can see all these details - but Daisy refuses to help.

There was a special delivery project I needed to help out with at work. Basically we wanted to mass…read moreship some Christmas gifts from Calgary to a local delivery person and have them take them out of the shipping packages, attach a card and deliver them to the recipients (at about 15 locations). We needed a company that was willing to think and work outside of the box (pardon the pun). Despite approaching several companies, these guys were the only one of two companies to respond. They gave me a rough idea of pricing. I found this to be helpful as we didn't quite have our addresses ready yet. When it was time to ship, everything went as planned and they delivered the gifts as requested, in a very timely fashion. When there was one hiccup and it was thought that a gift had been missed or not received, they were able to quickly get us the singing information (despite it being the Friday afternoon before Christmas). I found the owner to be very professional and customer service oriented. I know what we wanted while not hard, was complicated.
