The same lady is at the cleaners every time I go in; she also enthusiastically greets me with "'Caaaaarmen"!! It's like walking in to see a long lost friend. My clothes are always perfectly pressed, hung, and bagged. They take the time to ensure that those pesky numbered tags aren't stapled to my actual clothes; rather, they make sure to staple it through a loop, hole, etc. This makes me happy -- what can I say? It's the little things. :-) Brian Village is the *only* place I trust to alter or hem my clothes, as well. She measures me in store and always does an amazing job on my hems. She's even repaired a torn dress for me without me asking *and* for free. They even gave me a gratis lint roller for Christmas! I mean, what more could you ask for in a dry cleaner? I have started using them for work related work which they are more suited for as they are a dry cleaning plant more than a store. Again their work has been exceptional and they have their trucks that will pick up and deliver when the volume of business warrants it. Many of the items have fond memories attached, and now they are ruined, no warning phone call to say, "Hey we screwed up". Very irritating. If I could give minus stars I would.
