I guess I wouldn't have had as much of a problem with this if I a) hadn't been lied to and b) was treated like shot when I asked about it. She also asked when I would like it by and next day was an option so I chose that as well. Next day I received a text saying my jacket was ready to be picked up. When I arrived I was able to pick it up quickly and easily and the cost for the Dry Cleaning and the repairs was less than $40. Pretty amazing. The only reason I won't give it 5 stars was that my jacket still had a lot of cat hair on it.
