Took a Mackage down coat to have it dry cleaned, he said that he'll send it in to the same cleaner that Mackage recommends. I paid $60+ and it came back a mess. The fur was no longer luscious instead it looked fried, tangled and messy. The size of the coat also shrank to the point where I can't even wear it. Given it was a third party who cleaned it I didn't write a bad review for them last time. This time I sent in an intricate sweater for dry cleaning and when it came back the length of the sweater was uneven. The back was noticeably longer than the front and the sweater lost its original shape. Also the male owner pulls price out of thin air. He'll charge whatever he feels like that day.

Shafi, the owner, is really good! He's very kind and accommodating, and will try and give you the best possible service! Very good prices and very good service! My favourite tailor in Markham. I highly recommend Shafi and his business.

Unfortunately because of our timeline, we weren't able to have it fixed by her. However, when we received the items the hole was so tiny, neither of us would've noticed it! Would recommend to anyone looking for a good dry cleaner.
