I believe it was the owner, but he was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The price was also very reasonable! $60 for hemming a multi layered gown and taking in the shoulders (and he even pressed it for me as a complimentary service). Compare this to the $50 at Stitch It in the mall that I paid about 7 years ago, to hem a cheap polyester dress! This shop will now be my go-to in the area for alterations and dry cleaning.

Was greeted by a friendly gent upon entering and they have a small change area for you to use right behind the counter if required. He asked me if I wanted the hem length to break (slightly longer with a small crease in the pants) or just straight to the heel (for a cleaner/polished look). I really appreciate this level of detail and have never been asked this in over 25 yrs of getting pants hemmed. My questions about taking in an OTR suit were also well answered. What made my experience unique was that I dropped the suit off and requested it for the day before Good Friday. When I did not show the attendant attempted to call me and when I did not answer, he left a note on the door of the cleaners asking me to call him so he could meet me there on the holiday. I have started using them for work related work which they are more suited for as they are a dry cleaning plant more than a store. Again their work has been exceptional and they have their trucks that will pick up and deliver when the volume of business warrants it. Shafi, the owner, is really good! He's very kind and accommodating, and will try and give you the best possible service! Since coming last year, he made a lot of renovations and added some new services too. There's a nice private changing room now. He also makes custom suits and dresses.
