We brought in 8 suit jackets ($ 6.99 to clean), 1 winter coat (around $14), and items for alterations (pant hemming $ 3.99). Wedding gowns approximately $125 to clean. They also offer boxes. I believe the owner's name is Tina. She was very nice and polite. I thought we were told our things would be ready on Thursday. So I went in the morning and our alteration items weren't done yet. Turns out it was Thursday PM. But she quickly did them for me so I did not have to come back again. Workmanship was awesome! There is also a room in there in case you had to try something on to get things altered. Pretty happy with the dry cleaning... my white coat is looking so clean and new once again. But they forgot to sew back one of my buttons on... not sure if we paid for it as I don't have the receipt anymore. Even though the shop is absolutely out of the way for us, we will definitely be coming back again!

On arrival, we were able to change out our paper money for coins using the change machine. There are a lot of machines of various sizes so it was just to choose the best size for the job. There is clear instruction on the machine in how to use which was easy to follow. This was a relief. The place is clean and at the time of day when I went, 2:45 on a Monday, there was only a few people using the machines. There was no issue getting a machine. Prices to wash ranged from $4.25 to $15.00 for the huge machines. To dry is .25 per 4 mins. This we had to ask someone as there is no pricing posted. They also provide spray bottles with sanitizers and paper towels for cleaning. Would come back here if I need to use a laundromat again.

Shafi, the owner, is really good! He's very kind and accommodating, and will try and give you the best possible service! Since coming last year, he made a lot of renovations and added some new services too. There's a nice private changing room now. He also makes custom suits and dresses. Very good prices and very good service! My favourite tailor in Markham. I highly recommend Shafi and his business.

However, they ruined my husbands shirt. I'm so upset after I realized that his Hugo Boss shirt is completely ruined by All Cleaners. Lots of bleached spots (white an yellow, different shapes and sizes and even few holes!!) I'm so so disappointed and upset. I wish they gave us money back for the shirt they ruined! Please beware with things you love or/and are expensive because this shirt was one of my favourites and now it's garbage. If the owner would refund us for the shirt, that would be a different story. Make sure you explain your expectation as they usually can accommodate and are flexible in what they they do. They will let you know if you're requirements can't be met before you let them do any work. If you want the cheapest material and don't care for quality, go elsewhere. UPDATE: I brought a pair of worn and stained suede shoe for repair and he was able to make the color of my shoes all uniform and removed all the dark spots and stains. It's amazing! It now worth my attention to maintain going forward. Even though it took 4 days, it's well worth the time, his skill and his attention to detail. Very reliable and great service.
