While traveling and living at the hotels we found this dry cleaner place with such an amazing reviews. The employee at the cleaners was really friendly and the prices were good. However, they ruined my husbands shirt. I'm so upset after I realized that his Hugo Boss shirt is completely ruined by All Cleaners. Lots of bleached spots (white an yellow, different shapes and sizes and even few holes!!) I'm so so disappointed and upset. I wish they gave us money back for the shirt they ruined! Please beware with things you love or/and are expensive because this shirt was one of my favourites and now it's garbage. If the owner would refund us for the shirt, that would be a different story. I would consider the situation and update my review. But the owner did not care. read more

First of all, the two people (owners?) inside are super nice. I've never gotten (needed, really) alterations done before so I was a bit nervous walking in. Both of them were super friendly and definitely made me feel like my questions weren't dumb questions LOL Super simple process: just told them what I wanted done. Paid. Picked up my clothes hours later. Friendly. Quick. AND prices are decent! I usually don't believe in writing negative reviews for small operations like this. I understand that a negative review may affect the business but I also think that it should be fair for Yelp users to know what to expect. Until now I had no idea that the clothing can be severely damaged by a dry cleaner, but it happened with All Cleaners. Unfortunately I failed to check my laundered shirt when nicely hanged and plastic wrapped, but, once home I realized that the shirt was punctured and discoloured. It might have been an accident and as probably they are subcontracting the services, but instead of paying 1.99 for cleaning, I ended up paying $95 for a new shirt. Again, I am sorry for the negative review but I think that a dry cleaning service should inspect the clothing they are returning to customers and take responsibility for damaged clothes. read more

Reasonable price for the services they offer. I'm not very sure whether they do the dry cleaning or subcontract but service is good and the price is fair. I had my white Chaps shirt dry cleaned and the result was acceptable. I tried couple of dry cleaners after my shirt's collar was started to pale, I've got the best result at All Cleaners so far yet it was the cheapest. So glad I found this place through Yelp. Firstly, All cleaners are owned by a lovely couple! But most of all they do great alterations! My husband had been going here for years for his suit alterations and the tailor is always very upfront regarding the alterations. There have been times where he even suggested it's not worth the small alteration as it would ruin the style. (Unlike other places where they would claim they can do everything and ruin your garments!) They seem to have a new system where even if you lose your receipt they can look you up by phone number, which makes things way easier! read more

I had never been to a tailor before but the couple who owns All Cleaners were very helpful and made my first experience quite enjoyable. I came in to get alterations on my store bought suit. The owner, Eric, was very knowledgeable about the fit of the suit and the necessary alterations. He guided me through the measuring process and explained what he would do. The alterations were reasonably priced and were done in a timely fashion. When I picked up the suit he was attentive while I ensured the fit was correct and pointed out key areas. His wife was also very informative in this process. My experience was very enjoyable and I will be sure to return for any future alterations. I found All Cleaners on Yelp after searching for a place where I can get my Naked and Famous jeans hemmed. It is a very heavy and thick denim fabric so I was concerned about finding a place that can do it well. I have to say the service was excellent. They have a little room where I was able to put them on so he can mark what length cut and hem. He also gave me great fashion advice on what length I should have them done at and then had me test it out by sitting on a chair as well to see how high they come up when sitting to ensure the best length. It was also done very quickly, as I brought it in at noon, and I got a text at 5p letting me know they were ready to pick up. They turned out looking great as thread on the hem perfectly matched the rest of the jeans. Will definitely use them again. read more

Owner was very friendly, informed me why the prices were different and took the time to make sure that I was satisfied before the alteration as well as after. I was very happy with the alterations done on both pairs of pants as it looked like the original hem that came with the pants. I needed some pants hemmed and some sleeves shortened but there was a problem because there were actual buttonholes (I believe the better suits have them) and this added more cost than if there were no holes. The price was a little higher than I wanted but I believe it was fair and reasonable. The work was done quite well from my limited knowledge of these things. When I tried it on, not to any surprise, the dress was big...EVERYWHERE. Because I loved this dress so much, I was determined to have it altered. Moved into the area and I am so glad I found this place! Was looking for a tailor and this was the nearest one. Although there was no reviews I still decided to give it a try. I had a dress that needed to be taken in from an S to XS. Got the dress back 2 days later and it was perfect! I'm usually quite picky about quality but they did a great job! I was looking for a tailor in GTA to have my military mess kit fitted. I found this high-rated one on Yelp and decided to pay them a visit. It is owned by a friendly and honest couple from Hong Kong that speaks decent English. After taking my measurements, they told me that there really isn't much they can do to make my blazer fit a bit bigger since the fabric was cut down by the previous owner. However, they gave me some tips and tricks that may help make it feel much looser. They were able to do some hemming on the pants and editted my rank on the sleeves. All of this was done at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be going back for more tailor work and to dry clean my winter jackets. read more

Then I went again with a more complex job of changing waist size, and shortening and tapering of my pair of True Religion jeans. They did an amazing job with it, not only did the jeans fit well but they also did something I did not expect at all that is to be able to find matching tread for them! Very honest man (I missed his name). I came in to shorten my jacket sleeves, and he informed me that the resulting button placement would be too low on the sleeve and therefore look sloppy. So instead of taking my money and altering my jacket in a way which would look poor, he offered me his genuine opinion and advised me to leave it as is. I appreciate his honesty and sound judgement. Brought 2 same size jeans for length shortening, one was done ok but the other one was shrunk to a child size jeans. Eric was honest and straight forward so I didn't feel like I was handing off a brand new leather jacket for alteration in blind faith. He measured the sleeves and gave his recommendation based on the hem of the cuff which I would not have known unless he took the time to really examine it. When the jacket came back it fit like a dream and you would have never known it had been altered.
